Tracked package that I paid extra for Priority delivery. It said it was delivered to mailbox. There is no mailbox. This is a business. I was there when it was supposedly delivered. This was a Saturday. Went to post office today 3/21/2016 and was told it was on drivers trick and to return after 5pm to pick it up. Guess what wasnt there. And guess what supervisor didnt call me as promised. Im am disgusted. And forget trying to call. Their number rings busy from the time they open until the time they close. Which makes it nice and convenient for you to drive there only to be LIED TO. I really appreciate the driver screwing up this delivery. Thanks for losing my Fathers birthday gift. Thanks for saying it was delivered WHEN IT WASNT!!! And thank you to the supervisor who is awful. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I will be filing a complaint against this location.

Good luck trying to figure out the hours for this post office--or any other one--I get pitched all over the web. Why are the hours not posted where the address is posted?! In general I love this post office--but at 62 I am lucky I remember my own address much less the hours of every store I go to four times a year. Please, Just post the hours you are open!!

The employees are wonderfully helpful and friendly, but the parking lot is a zoo every December. The parking lot is much too small for all the people trying to send their holiday mail, and traffic backs up onto Edison Road, making driving there hazardous. I avoid this post office in December, and greatly appreciate it the rest of the year.

I love going to the Edison Post Office! Even when the line is out the door (and it usually is when I go), the employees are efficient and exhibit genuine friendliness. Im always so impressed with the speed of service and the kindness of the employees that my mind is blown every visit. A well-oiled gem!

I have been trying to call this Post Office for over an hour. The first time I called the phone rang for at least 5 minutes, so I hung up and called back a little while later and got a busy signal. I continued calling for another 45 minutes and still get a busy signal. Another government run agency!

Im giving them a single star because: 1) They were only accepting debit cards, but did not post any sign or tell anyone. Waited in line for 30 minutes before finding out. 2) They called wait tickets out of order (e.g., called 25 before 20, even though 20 arrived before 25).

They should take their phone number down from the website. I dont know how it is possible not to pick up the phone calls for a "Post office". They only use written mails and physical contacts or what... !? So frustrating.

I tried calling to get information. The three times I tried calling, I received no answer. The phone automatically stopped dialing after a certain time. I believe they need more staffing.
