Do not take your car here, not only are they VERY expensive but I feel as they were dishonest in their diagnostics. I took my 1998 BWM 540i for a belt replacement and I asked them to diagnose two separate issues as well as quote me new windshield wiper blades and a new battery. To be fair, the belt job I asked them to do they seemed to have done well, and to replace both belts they charged me $100 parts and labor. But everything else was horrible, and I will not be taking my car back to them. 1) New wiper blade quote: $150 bucks. That is not a typo. $150 for wiper blades. I bought a new pair off Amazon for $36 delivered free. Showed up next day. 2) Battery Quote: $205 for the battery and $65 to install. So $265 plus tax for a new battery. I called autozone and got a new battery for $125 and put it in myself. Took 10minutes. 3) Asked them to do an electrical system diagnostic. Have always had little things kinda funny with the car and wanted them to take a look. Recently it was having problems starting if the car sat for more than a day. They charged me $35 and said my alternator was bad and recommended $1,000.00 repair job for parts and labor. I tested the alternator myself and its putting out 13.5-14V just as it should. My battery was old and just couldnt keep a charge. When I put the new battery in that fixed my starting issue. So for $35 they mis-diagnosed my problem and offered to replace a component that didnt need replaced. 4) Asked them to do a diagnostic on my AC system. The compressor was making a very loud clanging noise between ~1000 and ~2000RPM. They took my $35 and said "AC Compressor Bad" (thanks, i could hear that......) Quote was: $175 labor to replace, $600 for the parts. Another $129 dollars for the flush and recharge and $75 for the fluids. So another ~$1000. When I asked "Can I bring in the parts and you do the labor as quoted" their initial answer was "Yes, no warranty on the parts, but yes". I asked twice prior to leaving the shop. I called the next day to ask if it was just the compressor they thought was bad, or the entire AC system (as the quote only said AC compressor..a $250-$300 part) they then told me it was the complete system. I called around and found the complete system for $395 from Advanced Auto. The labor charge they quoted me was actually fair for a complete AC system replacement, so I called back to talk about bringing in my car and providing the parts. At this point the manager got defensive and said: "Hey, I make a money on the parts, and I make money on the labor, so if you bring in the parts and take away that money Im going to have to charge you more on the labor".... so why bother breaking up the parts and labor if you wont stand by your labor charge? At this point I realized there was no way I would trust my car with them again so I said thanks for your time and hung up. Will be taking my car somewhere else for the AC replacement.

Ive been going here for a few years now. Yes, they will often not be the cheapest in town, but they will be the most thorough, they will take the time to explain things to you, and they will always treat you with respect. Even on just an oil change, you get a multi-page report back complete with photos of consumable parts that need replacing, that way you dont just have to take their word on it when they say youre due to replace something. Im very happy with the service I get here.

Had my car hauled there and some test ran on it. They told me that it was my fuel pump and fuel filter and would cost $540 to replace them. I paid for the $95 test and had my car picked up and hauled to my home. I thought maybe they were trying to get one over on me so I took a look at the fuses in my car. Yep, it was just the ECU fuse that costed a few bucks to replace. Be careful when using this place, they start out with the more expensive fixes first. Thank you

Took the car three times for an oil change, started on $120 now is up to 179.43. I asked the question about the constant price increase, they said it is the oil price. I was thinking dint the oil went down, but even with the expensive oil the oil and the filter cant possibly cost $164. Guys next time people go in do the math right, and next time dont insult my intelligence. But you wont.

Very customer focused, but I found much more competitive prices at HK Auto Repair. An identical service quote was $400 less. After receiving the estimate, I ran it past a few friends who were familiar with the necessary repairs. Their reaction was that it seemed steep. After calling around, i decided to take my business elsewhere.

Extremely rude service, didnt even trust them with my truck for a second.Text book case of a shop that spends money on a website and shop to lure in customers that dont know a spark plug from a stearing wheel so that they can overcharge. Dont go here.
