Sorry I have to give one star , honestly doesnt deserve this. I never write reviews, however this may save others money and a headache. Took my truck in to them for a simple Weld repair on my exhaust. They tried to sell me a new catalytic converter I didnt need . I told them I only wanted pipe welded . That cost me $132 "WOW" . I would not have been angry if it was done correctly. It was the worst thing Ive ever seen. I also ask them to repair two tires I had nails in that they did not repair . I also ask them to check code on engine light to inform me as to why it was on , that they also did not do. I was only made aware of the exhaust problem after going to get my oil changed somewhere else. So I brought my vehicle back to Midas to make them aware of the problem, the manager Rick pulled me outside and told me he couldnt give refunds here , but offered a number to the owner and said he would mail me a refund. After talking to owner within seconds realized he was not going to budge even on a partial refund infact he was very arrogant in stating that no refund would be made . He said you have a 90 day waranty you can use . Well needles to say I was not thrilled about letting them touch my vehicle again fearing the worst that they will further damage my vehicle. Save yourself trouble. Just because they can get you in today , DONT DO IT WAIT FOR A QUALIFIED MECHANIC . Also while waiting for mine to be done it seemed they were highly over selling everyone that let them.

Cant recommend. They might be okay for an oil change, but I made the mistake of using them for mechanical repairs, a new front hub. In fact, our car (Ford Expedition) needed both doing - but I only got Midas to fix one side that was worse, I did the other side myself with parts from NAPA a couple of weeks later. The side Midas repaired only lasted 11 months & 10,000 miles (for a part they charged around $500 for! The one I got from NAPA was only around $300) where as the NAPA one is still going strong. I thought that was pretty poor durability - but when I went in to ask them about it, I was told that they only do a 90 day warranty and thats all I can expect. The store manager seemed apologetic, but my misfortune was in meeting "Nate", their area manager who happened to be in the store that day. He was arrogant and rude and point blank told me I had no reason to be unhappy. He also advised me that there was no point writing to Midas to complain about the quality of their parts, as the complaint would just come to him and hed write back and tell me if it lasts 90 days I should be happy. So the moral of the story is they use overpriced, poor quality parts with only a 90 day warranty. They genuinely cant see why youd be unhappy with their parts failing in less than a year. Buy better quality parts from NAPA, with a 12 month warranty and get your friendly local mechanic to do the job. And for Midass sake, I hope they dont employ too many area managers like "Nate".

Terrible serive went here and had my car wheels damaged, I went to them to have my brakes fixed and asked before even dropping it off hey can u take my wheels off without damaging which the manager name was josh and was like yes no problem I said ok and watched for a minute and he said no worries and said they would call an hour later get a call asking if I need my car the same day I said yes hes said of come get it now its ready which was weird. I then picked it up paid for the labor went home to clean the grease from there hands all over my car and wheels and then to come to find they had damaged my wheel with the impact sliding off, then the next day I go in and the district manager Nate said not our responsibility and we not fixing it and has he nerve to say I did it to my car I said I bought these brand new and put on with a ratchet and rubber gaurd, these guys are a joke and have new people there daily and please dont call there local office cause Jacky is a joke and wont get your messages or call back. Horrible customer service, Ill continue to write reviews,

I had my oil changed at the Columbus location a few months ago. After driving the car 1000 miles, my check engine oil light came on and said i had 0% oil life remaining in the vehicle. I took it in, and the service person reset the warning signal in my vehicle without checking the oil. I thought it must have just been the light needing to be reset, because this is what they advised. This week another warning signal came on in the vehicle saying that the oil pressure was low and to stop the engine. Im lucky i made it to another service station when i did because there was absolutely no oil in my car. I could have blown up my engine at this point. I will never be returning to Midas to have my car serviced, nor would i ever recommend this place to others.

Horrible experience, do NOT ever go there to fix your car. I went there to fix my brake, as we agreed to change the brake rotor and brake pads and do a full brake flush. And turned out that they only changed the parts, did not do the brake flush, and still charged the same price. I went back, the guy at the counter claimed they did not do the brake flush, and instead they use the the Aline parts with Bline parts price. I was not even notified by upgrading the parts. Plus, how am I supposed to know what the heck they put in there??? and later on, he was like oo, we did the brake flush, and used the Aline parts for your rotor and gave u the best deal. What kind of bullshit is that!!! total liar and ripe off! Worst experience ever. Do NOT go there!!!!!!!

They said that my tires had uneven wear because the front and rear struts were worn out and needed a replacement. They quoted $2000 for the repair. I took then my car to the dealer and they quoted only $1000 for the same service. The most interesting part is that the dealer checked the struts (of course after charging $100 of labor) and concluded that they were in perfect condition and did not need to be replaced. Had I not taken my car to the dealer, I would have spent $2000 in an unnecessary repair. I still lost the $100 for dealer labor to check the struts. It turned out that the tires had uneven wear because the alignment was off. I had the alignment done and got new tires and have not had problems since. Judge for yourself.

I would not give any stars. I dont usually do reviews but I had my oil changed here. I asked them to check the lights and my license plates lights and my rear lights. They changed one light out of five that was burnt out. I changed the license plate lights on my own after they did not replace them and I got stopped again for not having license plate lights. The car started a leakING fluid after seeing them. I had it checked at another place and found out that there was not a seal on the drain plug. Midas did this. When you get an oil change you should have all the fluids checked by them. But my washer fluid ran out so they didnt even fill it up.
