I took my car hwre thinking they will take care of it just as gow great my experience with the other body shop i had in Carmel.receuved a text car was ready, went there i was told to disregard the text because it is not accurate. Promise thru a phone call that my car is ready Wednesday, told them picking up friday instead to make sure its okay.Got there friday,waitedb 30 mins and then told me they didnt know the window is not working.Gave them enough days to test the car yet still didnt bother to do that until im there paid and ready to use it . Saturday came to get it again for the 3rd time and still didnt fix the scratch made by the door jammed on the ones their repair..inconsistent and inaacurate information.I will not recommend this shop with my friends and family nor take my car here again.Poor service.And my car is too dusty in the inside not even a paper mat.

They Lied to me the entire experiance. My repair was an insurance claim, they excepted a check from my provider. and later told me there was other damage to my car and so they could not do my repairs. After a week of arguing with them back and forth about doing the Job they recieved money for. I had to take the car elsewhere "Seth" told me the money they got for the repairs would be refunded and the place i take my car to would have it the following week. I am a little over a month with out a car now. and was just told I have to wait another 2 weeks before that will be made out to the place i took my car to. Overall Bad expierance with this place. I will not be back here. id suggest you dont either or you might have your car appart and them tell you they wont put it back together..

Took car there as part of Geico quick repair program.Big mistake they put in used parts and didnt fix the wabble in the stearing or the tire and now the radio which i told them about reception which I told them about and when i got it back the blower fan whistles now. Shouldve taken to an independent shop to find out the true damages when your Geico has an Office in their body shop your going to get the Shaft...Run away!!!

I came back to ABRA because they had completed a fantastic job on my other car three years ago. Simple problem: scratches in the plastic headlight lens, and wanted a price. Tony was my service associate. He personally polished the lens and as a courtesy did not charge me. ABRA and their associates are a quality operation!
