I had the best experience at this place. Started with the first impression: waiting room is clean and the lady offered me water and coffee many times. Plenty of magazines and good music. Got my estimate done without an appointment very quickly and received an copy by email without asking. The Shop Manager - Rick - gave me many options to fix my car that fit my budget and the final result was amazing. You cannot tell an accident ever happened! Recommend to anyone!

The folks at Carmel Auto Contours did an awesome job on my 2014 Ford Fiesta. They fixed the front and back ends in about 2 weeks. The results were amazing..like nothing ever happened. Service is great and they also cleaned the inside of my car. They made me feel very comfortable after all the stress I had been through with my accident. Though I dont wish to be back there (haha), if I do need my car fixed again, C.A.C. is where Im taking it.
