I took my Jeep in the get the rear door replaced, which they did find one at the salvage yard, but when they painted it the first time the paint had orange peel, so they had to repaint it. Two days later than it was suppose to take and I got it home and opened the door and the window above it would not close. Had to wait through the weekend because that was on a Friday, to take it back and have them adjust it to the door they replaced. They also told me that since they only needed to paint the outside of the door they replaced that it would be less than originally quoted, but when I went to pay for it they charged me the original price. I had to remind them that that was not the right price.

I recently had to have repairs done to my vehicle. We had hoped it would be a simple fix but we were fully informed ahead of time that it may not work and more intense repairs would be needed. The entire time Hansen had my vehicle, they let me know what was going on and kept me abreast of the timing. There were no surprises and they took good care of the tedious paperwork end of it for me. I had a very pleasant experience at Hansen Collision and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Very professional staff that truly work their best to return your car to perfection. The work they did for my car is amazing and it looks way better than it did before. They even gave me a big discount on a part I wanted replaced that wasnt going to be covered by the insurance company. To top it all off, it was done way sooner than expected and they even cleaned the interior of my car!

DONT take your vehicle here, these people are crooks that screw hardworking people out of their vehicles. My truck was towed there in January after the accident and they told my insurance company there was $13k worth the damage to my truck and it was totaled, then 7 months later I find out that after the fact they fixed it and sold it and now its up for sale again .

The manager kelly was very rude, upon recieving my vehicle back it was still covered in scratches and the steering column still screwed up along with a few other major problems, and they refuse to fix it!!! and its under their warranty. they warranty what they fix wrong if you want it fixed right that costs extra. that is evil incarnate!!! Expected a week for repairs, but it was finished in three days! Repairs, which included replacement parts and paint, looked great and the car was nice and clean inside and out when I picked it up. A communication issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I certainly would use this facility again.

They repair my vehicle like new only issue was that they dont work weekends and took longer then expected. Due to finding out more then first visual inspection.
