I was wondering when the Internet started to negotiate prices? The sales manager kept saying well the Internet calculates the best price for us. So we are taking the Human equation out the sales department. I have never been as disappointed as I have when I went to Salem John Jones. Its no doubt I wanted a good deal. My goodness dont go to John Jones they wont negotiate because the Internet determines the selling price. The crazy part we were only 800 dollars difference from what I was willing to pay. The sales manager initials T.S wasnt willing to do it. Once again he said the Internet just wouldnt allow for it because it was too low. He told me at the very beginning because of the Internet doing the comparable pricing for them the days of negotiations were for the most part over. This is the craziest concept of business Ive ever heard. Thats too bad as I wanted to blocal.buy my vehicle there. I went to Eddie Gilstraps they believe in the old method of negotiations. I made a deal with them. Much better than John Jones under trained sales managers.

I have bought many new cars from many dealerships in the last 30 years - but - I have bought two from John Jones and specifically salesman Rick Roll. There have only been two dealerships that I really felt they genuinely cared about how I felt. One was from another area but in the Louisville area (yes I consider Salem in the Louisville "area" 30 minute drive) and John Jones esp Rick is the BEST. Back in 2008 I was in the market for a G8 with certain options and other dealers simply tried to say what they had in stock was the same thing - however - I WANTED certain options and Rick found the car in Atlanta and they had it shipped up here - that was 2008 and it is now 2015 and I still have the car. Recently I needed a new truck and the new 2015 Colorado was just right. I called Rick and two days later I am now driving it. Best salesman I have ever met as he talks to you as a person and not just another sale!

Ive been buying cars from the John Jones organization since 1992, each time I encounter the same thing.... Courteous staff and a professional experience. Since my vehicle trade cycle is a short one, I go through the experience quite often. The John Jones way of doing it makes what could be a stressful experience much more tolerable. In the twenty three years (9 or 10 cars) Ive bought from John Jones Ive had 3 sales people and all of them have been great to deal with... This most recent experience was a lease on a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro and my salesperson was Brandon McIntosh, he is very personable and an easy person to talk to and deal with..... Two things I appreciate very much. Thank you Mr Jones for finding GREAT people to staff your stores, they are a good representation of you!

I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Spark from Coyle Chevrolet. I was beginning to have issues with my vehicle. After MULTIPLE times of putting my vehicle in the shop, I finally had it towed to John Jones. I had called ahead of time to let them know what was going on. Upon arrival, I was greeted by atleast 5 people. The staff in the service department & the sales men are very friendly and professional. Anytime I need anything or have questions about my car, I call John Jones & they are more than happy to answer my questions. I dont mind the 1/2 hr-45 min drive from my house to get my car serviced. It makes a total difference when you are around people who genuinely care about your car!

Johnny Dillard and Mark Kruer made a very stressful time in my life as easy as 1.2.3. They assisted me in every step through the insurance process as I had never been in this situation before. Once everything was worked out with my adjuster, they arranged to have a rental delivered to me and picked up my vehicle. Once the work was done they arranged to drop my vehicle back off to me and pick up the rental. Very great work and customer service. I am extremely pleased with them!

I brought my car to John Jones after having been in a minor fender bender. The customer service was excellent and they put me in a very nice rental car for the time it took to repair mine. When I got my car back, it was perfect. Couldnt tell anywhere that it had ever even been in an accident. I would definitely come back to them for any body work I may ever need in the future.

My car was said to be done two Wednesdays ago, then I was told that it would be done the NEXT Friday (8 days later). After that I was told another week and here it is the day I was supposed to get it and now it "maybe done Monday" So far Ive been without a car for 1 month and 1 week.
