Last month I began my search for a storage unit, after reviewing several locations, I came across a new facility opening right down the street from me, Brook School Self Storage. I made call and spoke with the manager Bruce who was extremely helpful and informative as this was my first time renting a storage unit. They have flexible hours and were able to meet with me in the evening after I got off work. Bruce showed me the unit, explained the lock for the unit and everything else I needed to know about the unit. The contract process was extremely simple. Online payment makes account management a breeze. A brand new box truck was provided for me to move all of my items into the unit and flat carts were available inside to made transporting my boxes and furniture extremely easy. They even came in an hour and a half early for me to allow me to use the box truck earlier in the morning on a Sunday!!! For those looking for climate controlled self storage, I highly recommend Bruce and the rest of the team at Brooks School Self Storage as they are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

We have moved several times before both in-state and out of state and we found Brook School Self Storage to be far more superior than any of the storage facilities we have seen or used before. We are really impressed not only because it is a newer facility but also because its security is up to date. For example it is closely monitored by security cameras, well lighted with motion activated controls, and it has a computerized password-activated elevators and entrance gate. Brook School Self Storage is also very clean and managed by down-to-earth staffs who are knowledgeable, very professional and courteous. As if thats not enough, they also have a moving truck that you can use one time for free when you first move in - which is a real money saving advantage. We looked at a couple of other places before we found Brook School Self Storage (by chance) and were glad we did !!!

I have used Brooks School Self Storage before for a few months right after they first opened. I had a few things that I needed to store temporarily and was very happy with the experience. So, in December when I moved from a 3 bedroom place to a 1 bedroom, I did not hesitate to call them. The staff is wonderful, its climate controlled, very clean, and convenient. I have to tell you they definitely make a move very easy (as far as moves go). I was very impressed with the fact that they have a moving truck that is available to use to move your belongings to the storage facility. The truck was very easy to drive and very clean. I was even more impressed when I opened the back of the truck to see that they supplied moving blankets and dolly to help with your move. I recommend Brooks School Self Storage to anyone who is looking for a storage facility.

Our experience with Brooks School Self Storage was excellent. We relocated from Charlotte NC and had to put our entire household 18,000 pounds in storage for 40 days prior to moving into our new home. This was the first time we had used a storage facility and our apprehension quickly went away after meeting the friendly staff and touring their wonderful new facility. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. They provided detailed information on the different units, costs, safety features and storage insurance options. The climate control security and location cant be beat! I highly recommend Brooks Self Storage and would use them again if the need arose.

I have rented several storage units in the past several years and I have to say Brookschool Self Storage has been the best experience. The staff is very professional, knowledgable, polite, and flexible. They also have a truck that you can use to move items in to your unit at no extra charge outside of a small mileage fee! Very nice! The pricing of the units is as good or better than other places I checked out. Id highly recommend using this place for your storage needs. Fishers-HSE Youth Softball League has maintained a storage unit over the past year with Brooks School Self Storage. After using other self storage facilities in the area we have found Brooks School Self Storage to be superior with regard to condition, access, amenities, and most important the responsiveness of management. They made the entire process great! They show you the units that are available and make sure that all the items you are storing will fit. The units are temperature controlled which is a great thing to have! They even offer a truck to use to help you move in your items to your unit. Everyone in the office took the time to help with any questions I had. If I need to use a storage unit again, I will not hesitate to use Brooks School Self Storage.

Very nice people to deal with, the place is nice. Prices are higher than some but its in a great location so that was expected. I passed on taking a space here because they dont offer a customer dumpster. For ~$1800 per year having to drag trash between home and storage was a deal breaker when most other facilities offer that as a part of the fee.

Moving really sucks but at least we didnt have to worry about where we were storing our stuff. The facility is spotless and Kyle helped us pick the units that best fit our needs. I will add how helpful it is to have the carts to move your items around. It saves a ton of time. I am a raving fan of their services. Keep up the good work.

We at Hamilton Southeastern Schools are utilizing multiple self-storage units at Brooks School Self Storage. The units are clean, well-lit, and secure, and Bruce Sklare and the office staff are professional and pleasant to work with.
