Location is not the best, however, the site does seem secure. Management team is not friendly, and very hard to work with. I recently had an case of identify theft of my card that was on auto-draft. Forgetting that this card was used for payment I received a late charge after the (5th). Managers did not want to waive the $10 late charge saying it is only $10, I really appreciated the simpathy given identity theft. Think twice about this one.

I have had a small storage with them for several years now. I think the location has had 3 sets of management since my 1st month and ALL have been very nice and helpful when the time arose that I needed them. The facility is ALWAYS clean and well lit. The price is the same as paying for a location that isnt as neat, secure, WATERTIGHT or friendly. You will not go wrong with a long or short term decision!

Proactive surveillance by the on-duty managers especially by Austin. Our unit was clean, secure and unit rental went smoothly. We liked the convenient online payment system as well. The facility is nestled right off of 126th Street near I-69 and 37. The price was fair for the location and security. Highly recommend this location!!
