Feel like I need to leave a review as the two here arent even about their collision repair. I had a great experience with Fishers Collision Repair. I take my truck to Don Hinds for repairs so when I had my accident, they were the first place I thought of to get my body work done as well. Called my insurance company to find out they were a preferred service. My insurance company contacted Fishers Collision and they called me before I was even able to call them after work. Got my truck to them for an estimate which was quick and painless. I mentioned a few things I wanted them to check while it was in there as well. As they were repairing the truck, they kept me updated when they 1) found anything else damaged from the accident and 2) when the timeline changed of the completion date. I asked if they could check the steering as something felt off to me. They said they had aligned it and it checked out but I asked if they could just double check. Sure enough they did and found it was my upper ball joints getting a little worn and nothing caused by the accident. Which is fine, as I know ball joints wear over time and would almost have to have the wheel/axle ripped off or directly hit to be damaged during an accident. At least I knew what I was feeling. Picked the truck up when it was ready and with the cold weather my batteries were drained (needed replaced before, nothing they did; and the negative temperatures sure didnt help). They came right out and helped me jump my truck. Everything was in good order. All lights worked, all buttons and accessories worked and the paint they did looked great. You couldnt even tell where the scratches and chips were and where they painted. They even cleaned up the inside and they guarantee all the parts they put on for life of the vehicle! Cant beat that! I would recommend Fishers Collision repair to anyone needing body work or repairs done.

Stay far far away from this place, run as fast as you can, or just do the repairs yourself in your garage as they will come out better. In the past I gave this place 2 chances to work on my car when it was involved in 2 different fender benders. Both times the car had to be brought back multiple times for runs and bubbles in the paint/clear coat, dirt in the paint, visible body filler repairs that were not sanded at all before just lazily painting over them. Had a rim that was damaged in one accident that they repainted. When I went to pick up the car the rim was painted a different color than the other three and was clear coated gloss while the others were obviously a matte finish. Strut mount bolts were put in backwards on the side they repaired (found this out when the car was at the service department). Spoiler on car had to be removed for one repair. Instead of replacing it (Ford doesnt offer the OEM tape/gasket separately), they remounted it with their own double sided tape which failed as soon as they installed it (saw it lifting up from the trunk in my rearview mirror going down the highway home. Have a friend at work now going through the same issues with the repair quality (runs in paint, tape lines in new paint, body panels misaligned). Its a shame that the body shop doesnt match the quality/care that their service department provides. Why not hire someone competent to go over the car internally before it is finally presented to the customer since obviously the money you spend on re-doing work multiple times doesnt matter, you could at least save some face with customers. I will say I was made whole in every instance but having to return several times because of poor workmanship with two separate claims tells me they dont care. Would give negative stars if possible.

Couple things: - Despite their very convenient location watch out for their car rental partner Enterprise. Their rep sold me what they called "Basic Coverage" for car rental and I did not even noticed. It is of course my fault for not reading contract more carefully before signing but business that trying to make money by tricking you is not OK in my book. I have other ideas how to spend $300 other than lining pockets of opportunistic sales reps. - My car hail repair damage took two weeks to complete. My coworkers car (same storm damage) took one day at another shop. It is possible that damage was different but that much time is just ridiculous. - After repair was done I noticed what looked like a hail dent. I pointed it out to their tech who started arguing that insurance did not pay for it and it is not damage from hail anyway. This was kind of unpleasant. I do have other dents on the car it is not new but the one that I pointed out was most definitely from hail.

I cant speak for thier repair abilities because they only dealt with puting new parts into my truck which anyone can do. I can speak for their customer service, which after three weeks I am still very upset about. They were copmletely at fault for telling me to put accessories on my truck while I was waiting for parts so I could get two things done and once. Once they coninued installation they turned right around and ripped out all parts they told me to put in and placed them in the back seat of my truck. They then refused to pay for the re-installation, even after the insurance threatened them. I figured it wouldnt be an issue to have Fishers Collision take care of the new problem because it was all thier doing. However, I was stuck paying twice for the accessories. On top of all of this, I had to stop in thier office or call daily because they would never keep me informed. If at all possible, do not go through Fishers Collision.

The first thing I would like to say is that they did excellent work and I dont think I could be happier with that part of my experience. Their attitude is something entirely different. The gentleman that manages the place has a very condescending attitude and mannerism giving the overall impression that he is doing you a favor to take a few minutes to answer questions. I dont like it when I have to act nice to a smart alek because they have my car in his shop. The next time I need work done I will look around for a shop that does good work without the attitude.

Fishers collision repair leaves a lot to be desired in the way of customer service. Mediocre is the nicest word I could use to describe my experiences. The estimate they gave was by far the cheapest, so I was forced to use them. You get what you pay for here. Unprepared, unprofessional, disorganized, and disheveled are the words that come to mind describing this outfit. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Youll be glad you did.

Was rear ended and chose to come here for repair. The other persons insurance of course wanted to lowball and put a cheap used bumper/bumper cover on. Long story short, they ordered OEM bumper cover and made it look so good. It cost them extra from quote, but their standards are high and they didnt charge me a penny extra from what the insurance quoted and wrote check for. Highly recommend, especially if you have a Ford!!
