In April 2012 I bought a used car from Neill Huffman Mazda. I was told it received a 101 point certified inspection. No sooner than I drove the car off the lot, I found out the engine needed to be replaced. After trying to contact Kent Foushee, and try to work something out, I was ignored for at least 3 weeks. When I finally did get in touch with Kent, he told me there was nothing wrong with the car, but to bring it in and they would test it. After their service department determined, that yes, the engine needed to be replaced; Kent was a pain to work with. In June of 2012, I worked with them to replace my engine. I was told the "new" engine would have a 1 year warranty. Keep in mind that not only did I purchase the car, but now Ive had to buy an engine. Kent did waive the "labor" fee of putting the engine in, so that was nice. About 10 or 11 months later, the car started running strange. I took it into Neill Huffman again. They claimed nothing was wrong. I argued that there really was something wrong, but they insisted that the only thing wrong was a bad battery. I replaced it. I would then, have my car into Neill Huffman 4 more times. Each time, nothing was wrong. It was not until September 2013, that they would FINALLY claim my engine needed to be replaced, AGAIN. Now my warranty was up (Because Neill Huffman kept stalling) and I have a car that does not run. I attempted to work with Kent, but the "best" they could do for me was give me a $1000 trade in on my car and lease me another car for $350 a month. I attempted numerous times to talk to Kim Huffman, to try and work something out, but she never returned my calls. Im not upset. Im frustrated that not only did they sell me a car and not tell me about the engine, but they stole money from me after I paid for a new engine. I would never recommend this business to my own worst enemy. This is the exact reason car salesmen get a bad name. Treating their customers like garbage.

Worst car dealer I have ever set foot in. Please Read. I was trading in my old 2014 CX5 and the sales staff and whatever manager that was on duty on last Friday were terrible in every sense of the traditional car dealership mentality. I was given lines like "we need to feed our kids" and "but the invoice is only" and "I know Im right, this is the lowest possible price of the car (then offers a lower price)" and "your price isnt fair" and "you need to show us documentation on where you are getting your target price" and "the only thing that matters is the monthly payment, dont pay attention to the total price of the car." They basically told me what I needed to do to buy their car, this is backwards. They also told me the blacked out rims on the 2016 Grand Touring CX5 were a 1k addition BUT THEY ARE STANDARD! I am not telling you how to run your business but I would quickly restaff your office. Their unprofessional behavior, demeanor and overall lack of salesmanship might beadle to get one over for some that walk in your dealership but not anyone who doesnt have their head in a hole. I had to even tell the salesman to add the incentives which were painfully obvious I qualified for, the guy acted like he just didnt remember them (ha). Also the manager that sat down with us did this very very annoying fast talk number bit. He kept increasing the pace of the offers and numbers in an attempt to confuse me also switched between total price of the car and monthly payments mid offer. This is the dumbest attempt at a sale I have ever witnessed and probably the worst dealership iv ever set foot in. Yeah and I just bought the exact same 2016 Grand Touring CX5 at Stuart Powell Ford Lincoln Mazda in Danville for 2.5k less than these jokers best offer. Hey, I wonder how they feed their kids?

Ive always been a Ford and Chevy guy until I seen this new 2017 Mazda CX-5 Soul Red exterior with Parchment interior. My wife and I fell in Love with it, even before we knew how many cool modern features were on the Grand Touring model with premium package! We just had to have it! I talked with 3 different Mazda dealers and drove several vehicles. Im telling you if you need a new Mazda take my word for it you have to go to Neal Huffman on Dixie Hwy. These guys and gals were fantastic from the first test drive all the way through the final signature that allowed us to call this CX-5 ours!! Adrian was the salesman that took us on our first test drive. He was polite, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and was very professional, (even after buying the CX-5, I still text him questions about the car and he gets right back to me with answers) I highly recommend him when you need a new car. I talked with Jay Cross Mazda Manager, and this is the guy that made it all happen. I hope he knows he made two people very happy. My wife and I havent bought a new car in several years but Jay made it very easy and trouble free. He is honest, friendly and a very hard working busy man, he made us feel comfortable all the while dealing with many other people that was there on a busy Saturday. Thank you Jay very good job!! I do want to mention Darren as he was there to help with paperwork and our final test drive. He was very pleasant to work with as was everyone we spoke with through this car buying experience. EVERYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW MAZDA YOU HAVE TO GO SEE NEIL HUFFMAN ON DIXIE HWY, youll be happy you did.

I wanted to trade in my dads car that he left to me. As much as he loved it, I needed something a little more economical. I had a couple family members who always go to Neil Huffman Mazda. I went to browse with no expectation of getting a car that day. I was treated promptly as I walked in the door. I didnt have to wait at all. I sat down with Christopher and we discussed what I was looking for and what my options were. Before I knew it we were test driving a vehicle. I would have checked out more but he was able to narrow down what I was looking for before we went for a drive. I didnt plan to buy a car that day, as I mentioned, but Christopher was so thorough and listened to my needs of what I wanted in a car, what I needed to fit my budget, and what kind of car I liked to look at too. I was happy with the car salesman, Christopher. He is kind and professional and he didnt try to push me into something to get me in a car and rush me out the door. He made sure that my needs were met and that I was happy with my decision. Neil Huffman is clean and all of the employees offer a hello and a smile. I have also used their service department. I received 4 free oil changes with my purchase. They were quick to get my car in and out. I did set an appointment prior. The service waiting area is quiet and secluded and its very nice. It over looks the sales floor. I highly recommend anyone buy a car at Neil Huffman and I recommend seeing Christopher. He is so knowledgeable in what he does and he is friendly and patient. Happy Car Hunting!
