They guy there told me he could have my vehicle done by Thursday if i dropped it off on Monday the same week. I got a call from the insurance company on Wednesday (1 day before pick up) NOT Riley to tell me that it would take an extra 4 days to get the vehicle repaired. When I asked why, they said the paint takes 4 days. I called Riley and they confirmed saying they only work a few hours per day on a vehicle and the paint would take an extra 4 days. If they pushed it they could cut it to 3 days. When I complained they said they could not promise me when they would have it done (even though they promised me to have it done Thursday) but would work to get it done Friday. IF I get my vehicle back Friday I would gladly change my rating.

Riley & Sons did some work on my pickup truck. It had been hit and had some bed damage done to it. Just got it back, looks great and great people to work with. Highly Suggest there services!!!
