I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone, only reason I brought it to this shop because it was close and was a "certified" AAA shop. Brought my car in there with interior damage. Not only did they do a half ass job of replacing everything, when they told me the car was ready and when i went to pick it up there was still stuff not fixed. When I asked them about it they just replied with we dont do that type of work. Dont do that type of work? Change your name to Auto Body "Mediocre" then not "xperts", because if they were "xperts" then they could of fixed everything. So now I get to go longer without a car (its now a month and a half later) to bring it to another shop. Theres other things i didnt like about this shop, there was a piece of trim that they claim the couldnt find (which Fox Motors said is ridiculous) didnt properly install the carpet until asking them, didnt fix the crooked sun roof that happened from the incident, and last but not least they didnt fix the front speakers which was part of the damage. Enough of my rant to each his own body shop these guys dont know what there doing, they say a doctor whom passes with a D- is still a doctor....same goes for this shop a mechanic who passes with a D- still gets the certification.... If you dont care if your car is fixed right or "fixed" in a timely manner, hell go ahead bring your main means of transportation to these idiots. Otherwise I would look elsewhere. If I had went with my gut instinct and went to Fox Motors of Caledonia (formally Seifs) it would have been fixed right the first time and done within a week or two.

Absolutely outstanding body shop! After damage was done to my 2014 Toyota Tacoma the entire process was exceptional. From the staff at the front desk (Lindsey) to (Ken) who completed my estimate. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. The results were impeccable. My truck looked better than it did when I bought it from the dealer. Seriously, my truck was spotless inside and out. Thank you! This is now my body shop. A fair and honest body shop whose craftsmanship exceeded my expectations.

They took way too long to fix our vehicle. They never called us to let us know that it was going to take more time than expected. They did a sloppy job. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
