June 2014 My wife and I looked at used ford Edges at Skillman Ford and they told me they didnt have the color I was looking for, then they proceeded to try and sell me a used edge with 36,000 miles. When I got home and looked on-line Skillman had four used white Edges listed. While looking on Autotrader I discovered a used white Edge listing at Inskeep Ford. It had the options we were looking for, and at the price we were looking to pay. I called and made an appointment the next day with Mr. Tim Lee to see this Edge. When I arrived Mr. Lee reviewed the Suv with me, he showed me the options on the Edge and then took me out for a test drive around the block. The block consisted of a mile of four lane state highway and 3 miles of county roads that ranged from smooth to rough. It was perfect! It allowed me to see how the Edge handled on different road surfaces. We returned to the Dealership and sat down to do the deal. Mr. Lee talked to his manager and they quoted me a price that was very lower than what was posted on the internet. My wife was wanting a remote start and Mr. Lee made me an offer I couldnt refuse for the remote start option, but they were on backorder. We agreed to a price and when Mr. Lee checked with their parts department the remote start was on back order. I made an appointment to come pick the Edge up in two days. When my wife and I arrived to pick up the Edge we were both pleasantly surprised. . Mr. Lee had the Edge setting out front, washed and waxed, with floor mats and the remote starter installed. Mr. Lee had called in a favor and had secured a remote starter system for our new car. My wife even commented on what a good first impression Mr. Lee makes. My wife especially appreciated the friendly service from Mr. Lee and the extra time he took to show her all of the controls and options on the Edge, after the sale. . Mr. Lee even helped us to connect our cell phones to the our new Edges blue tooth. Mr. Lee was Very professional, friendly, and personable. I have told ALL of my co-workers about the great service and reasonable prices at Inskeep Ford. Inskeep even threw in a free Full Tank of gas on top of everything else.. Amazing! My sons car was rear ended a couple of weeks ago and he will be replacing his car later this summer. You can be sure we will send him to Inskeep to start his search.

This was a really strange experience. I entered the dealership as a recent college grad, let them know I had low credit but high income and really desperately needed a new car, budget was no more than $300 per month. They had zero interest in selling to me - at no point did they attempt to get me financed at all or try to find me a car. One of the associates actually took me aside, with none of the family members that I had brought with me around, and informed me that its not possible to get financed into a car for under $300 a month - not me personally, but anyone. I knew that was a ridiculous statement, perhaps this person really was that inexperienced, burt more likely this was an attempt to drive the price up on a young woman whos never bought a car. Not impressive. Afterward, I went up to Bill Estes Chevy at 96th St in Indianapolis, and in under 3 hours I had a beautiful car I loved for, yes, well under $300 a month financed by a reputable lender. If youre ready to plunk down cash, Inskeep would probably be friendly - however, if youre looking to be financed, youd probably be better off going just about anywhere else. At best, theyll send you on your way - at worst, they may insult your intelligence.

This month marks the one year anniversary of purchasing our Ford Edge from Inskeep. We had been searching everywhere for a Nissan Murano we had in mind, but just couldnt seem to find the right vehicle, dealership, or salesperson. At the tail end, when we had to make a decision, we happened to discover a Ford Edge online. We made the drive which was a bit of a trip to Inskeep, because the saleperson was so accommodating over the phone. We could not have been happier with our experience. We worked with Alan King, and he was phenomenal. He is confident and yet he allowed us all the time we needed to make our own assessment of the vehicle. We bought a certified pre-owned car, so Alan made sure everything was taken care of to the highest degree before our purchase was final. We dealt with other staff during the purchase and everyone was friendly and helpful. It has been a wonderful year! We love our Ford. We are thankful so often for the honesty, integrity, and wonderful service we enjoyed at Inskeep. We know that when we are looking for that next car, Inskeep is the first that comes to mind. So happy we stumbled upon this dealership. Thank you Alan for your patience and service.

My husband and I spoke with Alan King last year when we stopped to look at a used car that was on the lot. He was very personable and easy to work with. We decided to keep our car at that time. As our car got another year older and the miles climbed, we started thinking about getting a newer car again. Alan contacted us and asked if we were ready. We were, and 2 days later we have a new car that we love! I am always anxious and stressed about major purchases and buying a new car ranks as major to me. Alan made the process easy and stress-free and I am grateful for that. Mark, the used car manager, got us a great deal on our trade-in too! I have been to other dealerships and have often been treated as if I wasnt worth the time. Unfortunately, that seems to be the trend. That is not the experience I had at Inskeep. I would recommend the dealership and especially Alan to anyone. He really changed my opinion on the car buying experience for the better. You wont be disappointed.

I went into Inskeep thinking I wanted a Ford Fusion and wasnt completely sold but my salesman, Alan King, ended up getting me to test drive a 2015 Ford Escape and I fell in love with it!! I am so happy he had me test drive it because I wasnt even thinking about getting an Escape. He was friendly and showed me all of the features of the Escape and was a huge help in getting me to take that car home! He wasnt pushy and he was willing to work with me in any way possible. I am incredibly happy with all of their staff. They all are friendly and polite, especially being a woman, I find that a lot of times when I go to the dealerships I never get much help or the salesman are rude to me, but not at Inskeep. That was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend Inskeep and their crew to anyone. I also have to say that my mom bought an Edge from Alan a couple years ago and my boyfriend bought a F-150 from Alan and they both were happy with Inskeep as well.
