Atanah is amazing! I went in feeling frumpy and walked out feeling fabulous! She took her time and has an awesome attention to detail. I am 100% satisfied with this new hairstyle and she made my vision come to life! This is hands down the best haircut / style Ive ever had...not kidding. Ill be going back for sure in the future to request her specifically. The staff is very kind and accommodating, while making you feel welcome and comfortable. I was offered something to drink while I waited as I arrived a bit early. I wish I could give 10 stars! Thank you Atanah for making my hair look great as well as giving me this boost of confidence. You truly are amazing!!

The customer service is great, the store was clean and the staff seemed to enjoy their job. Immediately I was offered a complementary beverage at the salon. I had my hair and make-up done their for prom. The hairstylist, Heidi, did a phenomenal job on my hair. I was very much pleased. The staff are very personal along with professional and guided me to the best product for my fried hair. Ive been going to Beauty Brands for about three years now and I would recommend the spa and salon to all my friends.

The lady who did my hair was rude! On top of being rude she cut my hair way shorter then I wanted and dyed it wrong. She then tried to fix the wrong dye job and it took an extra hour!! ON TOP OF THAT, they still charged me full price for them screwing my hair up! Which even for the best hair cut and dye it was still on the pricy side. I will NEVER go there again. I rather let a toddler cut my hair!

Please beware! Contracted a staph infection from a stick they used to clean toes when getting toenails done. have had to get toenails removed to help fight infection months later. They refuse to help at all with doctor bills that have piled up even after sending them all itemized statements and medical records.

I made an appointment a few weeks ago for a post-wedding party updo. (I saw the person typed in my info) Called them to confirm my appointment, they lost my appointment and did not have any available on the day. They did not care about their mistake. Not very good customer care!!;(

Heidi is fantastic! She gave me an awesome haircut and taught me how to style it properly! The rest of the staff were polite and friendly as well, which is something you dont see often. :D Highly recommend this place - especially Heidi!

Attendants dont pay attention when asked what I wanted I was barely able to get a few words in before she started cutting and did whatever she wanted with my head and not what I wanted. I wont go again and would advise anyone the same.

Had an appointment. Called to say I would be a few minutes late. When I arrived, was told rather rudely that there wasnt time for my appointment. Could have told me before I drove all the way there. I wont be back.
