We were on our way to Chicago earlier this week when we got stuck in a traffic jam. A woman working at a local restaurant noticed that our car was leaking oil. KAR service was close to the train station, so we brought it in and explained our situation. We were able to leave our vehicle with KAR; walk to the train station and go have our mini-vacation while KAR fixed our car up. The man we spoke with was polite and worked with our situation. When we got back from Chicago we simply walked back to KAR and picked up our vehicle. Great customer service that helped make the best of a bad situation.

I had to go with a 3 rating due to the final bill exceeding initial quote by $25, otherwise they would have received a 5. I will use them again and refer future business to them. Next time I will ask for what the final bill will be after the initial quote is issued. Service was quick, excellent, and clean.
