Was having troubles with my car. I dropped it off and they explained it would be a couple days due to their engine diagnosis guy being on vacation ( I understand. Everyone needs a good vacation) I waited the few days and they called and stated it was a fuel pump that went out on it and I was looking at a 1500 dollar job. It was an 04 Malibu and not worth that so I took that money and went and bought a new car and sold the Malibu to a mechanic buddy of mine and the only problem was a battery connector which cost him all but 90 dollars..... its be one thing if this was a one time issue but they also told me I needed brake line replaced on my old trucnand stated theyre too rusty to work on that the truck is shot.... same friend replaced all brake lines for around 100 dollars. Normally I dont write reviews But what if I would have replaced the pump.... that would have been you taking 1500 dollars and still not fixing my problem which is practically theft. DO NOT TAKE CAR HERE!!! Everyone is nice but they dont seem to know how to diagnose problems

I made an appointment for 6pm, and arrived promptly at that time to find 3 employees watching TV in the air conditioned office. I was told that it should take about 1 to 1.5 hours to complete my alignment, and the employees moved back into the garage. An hour and a half later, my car was still sitting in the parking lot, and when I asked to confirm that I had a 6pm appointment, I was told that an appointment only means that they will service your car that day, but not at any particular time. That is emphatically not what an appointment means, and that is not what I was told when I made the appointment. My car was not ready until nearly 2.5 hours after I arrived, and I received no apology, either verbal or financial. I understand that you can get behind in your work, but an appointment is a commitment, one that this Firestone failed to keep. In general, I have found other Firestone locations to be quite accommodating, and the maintenance they performed on my car seems to be satisfactory, once they got around to performing it.

I was driving across country when one of my tires blew on the interstate right outside of Nashville. Luckily I was right by an exit and this Firestone was less than a mile away. Anthony the manager was very helpful in getting me in as quickly as he could (they were slammed with a garage full of cars). One of the mechanics, Bert, even helped zip tie my bumper back on so I could make the last 8 hours of my trip without it flapping around. Anthony gave me fair prices on new tires and an alignment. Likely wont be back to this Firestone, but I would definitely recommend it to any out of towners based on the friendly service and fair prices. Thanks again Anthony and Bert!

SCAM artists. Do NOT take your car in here even if it breaks down in FRONT of the store. It may be fine for people passing through because they probably will never see them again. I have brought 2 cars in here for tires (both were older cars belonging to my kids). They put the tires on the car and then they tell you something is wrong with the suspension and it has to be fixed in order foe the car to be eligible for the lifetime alignment. In 30+ years of driving I have never had any issues with my suspension on any of my cars and I think it is not a coincidence that both times I have brought cars here, there is something wrong with the suspension.

Will never go there again. If I could give a rating with a negative, I would. Went there today to get an oil change. Was the 1st customer there. When doors opened up and I was asked what was needed and I informed the associate, I was immediately asked if I had an appointment. I replied no and then was told that they couldnt get to my car for an oil change until 5pm. I read previous reviews but didnt want to judge, but now I see what "former" customers were saying. In other words, dont go there unless you have an appointment. They should have on there sign, "Sunday by appointment only". Went to Valvoline and got great service!

This is my third experience at this Firestone. The first, I waited in store & only got an alignment. No terribly long wait. I paid for a lifetime alignment so, naturally, Id show up again. Last week, I had an appointment & they didnt get to my car quickly... No biggie. I know things happen. I made an appointment for today 5/5/17 at 8am for tire rotation & alignment. I also asked them to test drive it & see if I need struts. They finally call me at 3:30pm to tell me I do need struts but they hadnt even done the alignment & tire rotation yet... Hmmmmm ok. I think that is a bit ridiculous.

Had rear rotors, brake pads, and calipers replaced in April. Im currently sitting at another mechanic having my rear rotors and pads changed again as they began making a terrible noise and I suspected it was my front as firestone told me they needed replaced when I was in there for rear , but I had to wait because it was 900 for the rear alone. My latest bill for my rear rotors and pads is costing me 100$ less than they already charged me. Im wondering if they even replaced anything or just took my money and made it seem like it was fixed. Never going to these guys again.

Engine started overheating and I had to pull in here. They diagnosed major issues such as Possible Head Gasket and then charged me over 100 dollars to tell me they could not fix it. I am not a mechanic type person but was eventually able to get back on the road with 14 dollar heater hose. Before charging customers for diagnosis I think should do more to give better value. If Diagnosis costs 100 dollars I would expect a closer report to what is causing the issue. Should give no stars but the friendly front office staff has earned the single star I am giving

It seems like every single time I come to this location, there is always something wrong. I go in for an oil change and walk out having had to buy two new tires. AFter this most recent visit to get an oil change and having to buy tires, my car is running shaky. Go in for an oil change and need parts replaced. Go in to have one tire put on and suddenly need 4. Ive had other people in Bellevue comment the same thing and have even been told by one friend that theyve caught them being underhanded. I dont trust this place any longer.

My first experience was for a repair for a tire leak, and the service was great! So much so, that my husband canceled his appointment with the dealer to get his tires at Firestone Auto Care. A month later my Subaru was due for a 100,000 mile tune up, which is no small job. The guys made sure to be thorough and ended up saving me money on a pump that needed replacing. The guys know me by now, and I know I can count on them to be honest and fair with my car maintenance needs.
