I am so disappointed that you guys have sooooooo many problems at this location with your equipment. Your tanning beds, hydro therapy water massagers, red light therapy, and massage chairs are constantly out of service and or not working correctly and anything you have which requires bulbs, still after 6 months do not have a full working set EVER !!!!!!! I am so frustrated with driving all the way out there, (20 miles each way) to work out and use my "perks" which I pay for only to find out that you are either closed or your equipment is not yet again working, and this seems to be the normal thing now at least once a month. You cant even post on your web site when you have these problems?! Maybe, because you have them so often that you really do not want everyone to know that customers are not getting what they pay for!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you guys, out of the last 6 months I have had my membership, which I have paid for upfront, there have been 39 times that I personally have not been able to use either your gym itself or the amenities which I have paid for because of something wrong on your end. You take my money each and every month, and I am not given what I was promised in my contract. I can see a problem here and there but you guys have some issues here, I have lost over a months worth of time at your gym because of your issues and problems. Hopefully those of us on yearly contracts who have lost this amount of time, due to your issues, are due a credit or an extension on their contracts because we have not gotten a full year of service from you. However, I doubt this will happen either. Feeling let down!

I have been coming the the Hobart location for about 3 months now and love it. Its great to see a variety of people looking to better themselves in a judgment free zone. Gabe and James are awesome. and the rest of the staff is always smiling and there to say hello and good bye. Only two negative things i can say is. 1.) I wish the Saturday and Sunday hours were 24 hours as well I like to go around 5 am, so opening at 7am is way too late. The other thing is I wish i could use some of the Black Card features on a month to month basis with out signing a year long commitment. I would only take advantage of the massage chairs/tables every so often. But 5 star staff and 5 star facility just wish you could tack on some ala cart items to my $10 membership.

When you sign up for a membership they require a card on the account I gave them a card in order to have the membership but because I did not have direct deposit set up yet I was going in and paying with cash even though I paid in cash my account was still charged twice and they are trying to tell me that I never paid and they dont give out receipts so lets just say my bank account is now negative 400 plus dollars and they keep telling me to talk to my bank and my bank keeps telling me to talk to them. So as Im fighting with the both of them they both can kiss my ass and they will not be receiving any money from me at all and I will not ever ever tell anyone to go there because I dont want your money stolen like mine has been

I have been a member for over 6 months. The staff is always friendly no matter the time of day, and there is always someone on the floor cleaning and keeping supplies filled. The womens locker room is always clean. It can get crowded after work, especially at the beginning of the week, but its to be expected. Great place!

The building itself is nice. The showers can be a little slimy from time to time, and the locker room floor could be swept a little more. Some equipment does have its faults. Youll notice a quality drop at this location compared to other locations in the Region.

Busy but not horribly busy. Clean. I did have to wait for a couple employees wiping a cable machine down and talking to finish my workout which was annoying... I mean they saw me and kept talking and laughing which was frustrating. Otherwise it is a decent gym

Great place to workout, especially with Angel the fitness trainer in the ABS, PF360 and the 30 minute circuit classes for a total body workout. You will definitely drop the inches and pounds.
