Our group paid for an hour and only got 20 minutes. We had time taken away after we changed clothes and paid for appointment. A party of 8 girls is gonna take a few minutes. And its not like there was another group waiting. We were the last ones that evening. One girl was over-charged $40 on your card. Oh, and if you pay with a card, they write down your information on a piece of paper. We didnt get receipts that night, and apparently theyre supposed to be e-mailed to us; however, I havent gotten mine, and its been a few days. The steps are simple and pretty pathetic. If youve ever played on a fire pole on a playground, then youve probably had a better time. There are better places to go. I believe theres a studio in Hendersonville thats much better.

After driving by on my way home from work every day, my curiosity finally got the best of me and I decided to see what Miss Fit Academy was all about...and Im so glad I did! They offer aerial silk and hoop and pole dance classes, as well as a variety of other AWESOME fitness classes you really wont find anywhere else (flexibility and balance or sexy floorplay, anyone?!). The instructors are super motivating and overflowing with enthusiasm and confidence, which has definitely rubbed off on me! Ive stayed with my routine at MFA better than any other workout Ive ever tried, and I feel better (physically AND with my self-confidence) than I have in a long time!

I came to Nashville to visit some friends. We found this studio and decided to do something different. Ive seen these pole classes available before, but have never taken them. Wow!!! We opted for the class that incorporated both pole and chair dances. It was so much fun. The instructor was so upbeat and positive. She made sure to go around to each student and give pointers and encouragement. We had a great experience! The best part, it didnt feel like it was exercise!! But let me tell you, you feel it the next day... not bad, but definitely a full body work out. I cant wait to visit Urban Studios again!

I had my 25th birthday celebration at Urban Studio. We did the diva pole party and it was perfect. The instructor made us feel at ease and the studio was clean and beautiful. My friends are still talking about it so we may have another party again soon for another birthday. Everything about the experience was professional. Im looking forward to signing up for a membership soon too so I can get toned and have something impressive to show my man!

Did a chair dance class for a bachelorette party and it was an absolute blast! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our instructor explained things very well and made it fun! I would definitely recommend Miss Fit Academy for something away from the norm for a bachelorette party, but also just for the classes! Ive taken advantage of their new student special and enjoyed the pole class as well as the chair class. Very empowering!

Miss Fit Academy is one of a kind! My two experiences have been nothing but amazing and leaving me wanting more. The staff is beyond talented and fun and makes everyone feel sexy and confident. The facility is very clean with a very vibrant yet poised atmosphere for any group celebration or just a fun night out w a couple of friends. I hosted a bachelorette weekend for a group from New Jersey, and this part of the weekend was a surprise for our bride. The limo dropped us off, and she was so excited! We loved our instructor, the pole moves, the chair dance, and the pictures!! It was fun to be sexy and flirty. I definitely recommend this place for any party. I loving taking every class here! Not only have I learned how climb a pole, spin in a hoop, and strut around a chair, Ive also learned just how strong I am! ALL the teachers are knowledgeable, friendly, and want you to be comfortable as you learn. Treat yourself to the new student package deal and check this amazing place out!

I visited for a Bachelorette party last weekend and it was so fun! We really did learn a lot and our instructor was a BOSS on the pole. I think I would like to continue learning pole dancing, its a great and fun workout! I highly recommend if you are looking for a fun girls day in Nash-Vegas! :)
