My partner Dean and i have been working out at this fitness center since September 2016. It is a great place to to get fit. Everyone, and I mean, EVERYONE who works there is friendly and helpful. We signed up with Markus for personal training and he has completely changed our idea of working out. When we started Dean would take his music and i would take my kindle. We thought we were having a good workout if we spent 40 minutes on a bike or treadmill and a few machines. One week with Markus showed us just how wrong we were. I will be 68 this year and I was starting to get short of breath with the slightest effort. We were both having trouble sleeping. Those days are behind us! We want to thank everyone at the center for making us welcome and helping us get fit!!

Fitness 1440 has wonderful customer service, great child care and a very clean gym. Every time I leave and arrive there is always someone there to greet you. Not only do they always have smiles on their faces but they also have friendly people in their child care class. The convenience of being able to workout and trust that my daughter is in good care makes a workout even more enjoyable. All of the equipment is clean and they always have sanitizer spray and paper towels available. Lastly, I love their dance fitness class, water aerobics class, and the fact that they have fresh fruit available for their members! I love Fitness 1440!

If I could give Fitness 1440 more than 5 stars I would. Best! Gym! Ever!! The equipment is state of the art. The people at Fitness 1440 are so very friendly. They greet me by name every time I walk through the door. I honestly feel like they are invested in my success. They are so very encouraging and that makes me want to go work out. Its not only a gym, its a great community. Imagine having all your friends and relatives cheering you on to live a healthier lifestyle...thats what its like to be a member at Fitness 1440 in Nashville.

I never like going to the gym, been member of 3 other gyms with no success and no guidance. I by chance saw that Fitness1440 opened and thought why not. I was impressed from the time I walked in the door. Staff is very friendly and they take the time to speak and know you by name. The equipment is great and there is plenty to get yourself and keep yourself in shape. So glad I joined and now look forward to going to the gym for the first time. Feels like a big family no one judging and all are there to help you reach your goals.

What an amazing place to start a health and wellness journey. Making lifestyle changes can be a bit challenging at first. But the staff at fitness 1440 really makes it easy for me. They really show concern and are eagered to help every step of the way. Even when I would miss a few days, someone would call to check on me. I felt like I was a real VIP. I am so grateful to have this facility in our community. I caint wait to try out the pool, hot tub, and Happy Cafe!!!!☺

Love this place. The staff are incredibly nice. The facility is clean and well organized. My Personal Trainer Tyler Avolio is fantastic! I would recommend this facility to anyone. It doesnt matter if you want to gain weight, lose weight, get started on a fitness journey, or learn to eat better. This is the place to go and Tyler is the personal trainer to get you there! Conveniently located just off I24 and Harding place. A perfect location and they are open 24/7!

I love this place. Everyone is super sweet and ready to help you with anything you need. They are very personable and make sure they greet you everytime. Ive never seen or been to a place that is as great as this one. They all make you feel comfortable and at ease and are eager to help with questions or show you how to use a machine properly to ensure that you get the best outcome from your workout. They are truly like family and I love them all.

I love 1440. I have previously held memberships at the YMCA, planet fitness, Workout Anytime and the MAC, however, 1440 has been my favorite! By the way, this gym is open 24 hours! The trainers and the owners are all very nice. I train with Ryan (who is Amazing) but all of the trainers there seem to love what they do and are really there for their clients. If youre looking for a new gym, I definitely encourage you to stop by 1440 to check it out.

Fantastic gym, fantastic staff, fantastic equipment. Everyone here is super nice and genuinely cares about ur well being. I joined from a gym in brentwood and have not regretted it at all. This place has a full basketball court, pool and a smoothy cafe. The trainers are top notch as well! I consider myself pretty fit but decided to try the free training session anyways, and that hour long workout was the best ive had in months

Just joined a month ago. Been going during my lunch breaks during the week. Great place to workout! Friendly staff always greets you when you walk in and assist with any questions. Plenty of equipment compared to members, youll never be waiting on a machine or weights. They also have an awesome cafe in the building, where Ive ate and loved the sandwich and salad. Always fresh!

This gym is AMAZING!!!! Literally has everything you could think of or dream of in one gym!!! The staff is super duper, so genuine! I feel known and seen and loved by them all! The owner is intentional about knowing the members! He even did warm up laps around the track with me! Its a great place to grow in your fitness goals! So blessed to have found this gym!

Been there for a month now and this place is great. You get two personal training sessions for free when you sign up and getting a personal trainer is extremely affordable. They have an indoor basketball court which I use to warm up which helps me not hate myself (as much) for getting up off the couch and trying to get fit.

The owner is one of the coolest, most caring guys Ive met out here in Nashville and the rest of the staff is not only so friendly that they become like family, but they are also very knowledgable on everything you need to get your gym regimen and health efforts on track!! Cant go wrong!

Bright and clean ....1440 has it all.... It is the upscale work out place without the "he-man look and smell" and it provides state of the art equipment . The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the lovely cafe is a great gathering place for a pre or post work -out pick me up! Check it out!

A gym that will make you feel comfortable no matter who you are. The staff is always super friendly, and willing to assist however they can. Also one of the cleanest gyms Ive been to. Someone is always cleaning something when Im there. Highly recommend joining!
