Ive been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months now and the staff will not call me back. Theyve billed me every single month for the past 3 months but when I call durring "staffed hours" no one answers and they have never called me back. Worst customer service Ive ever felt with.

Great gym! Convenient location. Anytime fitness has all the machines I need. Excellent wifi which is a must when I am on the treadmill, elliptical, or bike. Staff is friendly and helpful.
