I was a disappointed by the service. The ladies were really nice but there were quite a few things I noticed after they left. Since its an empty house I just asked for a few locations to be focused on - kitchen, bathrooms, blinds, and hardwood floors. For instance, in the kitchen, the inside of the (empty) cabinets were cleaned But I discovered later that there were several untouched, like the one with the trash can. The fridge wasnt cleaned, nor the microwave, nor the ovens, nor the stove. The backsplash wasnt cleaned and was left greasy, as were some of the cabinets above it. The floors were partially swept then mopped but I later saw dirt in some places. I was told that the blinds couldnt be cleaned properly without taking all of the custom blinds down, even though my husband and I had already cleaned a few of them ourselves just to see. During the walk through even Carol Ann, the main girl, noticed several things that were sub par and had to request they be remedied. They arrived at about 12:45 then left around 2:15. I had the 8 man hours package so this wasnt long enough but I was ready for them to leave after seeing the bad job they were doing. The downstairs was vacuumed but similar to what my 14 yr old son would do when rushing. One of the girls complained that their vacuum wasnt working. They also only had one mop. I will say I left for about 30 mins to get out of the way and inadvertently didnt have the air on so they were hot, as I had been airing out the house, so I do apologize for that inconvenience and gave an undeserved tip, but still overall I expected a nicely fresh and clean new home that also smelled good.

As a property manager, I deal with the business of moving on a daily basis. Boy, is it a different situation when you are the one moving! I moved from the northside condo to a downtown carriage house over the weekend and it was quite the task. Emotions ran high as boys were home from college and elderly parents and family members were involved with the move and I had acquired much more in my years after my divorce then I ever thought I had. I started packing weeks ago but really started moving Friday the 26th and just finished the last bit yesterday the 30th in the afternoon. My last task was to ensure that the condo was cleaned and ready for the landlord to get her keys. I was worried, as I had a dog and two cats and two boys through high school it looked to me as though the carpet although it was old and many of the other items in the house seemed so worn and dirty. A month ago I bought a living social coupon for PECHT cleaning for $99 for four hours of service. I thought this would be a good time to use my coupon and indeed it was. I was unable to make the cleaning time so I left the condo open and let the cleaners in with a list. And to my surprise at the end of the day everything on the list was accomplished and more . The condo was sparkling and the carpets even look like they had been cleaned. I couldnt believe my eyes and I was so grateful for the great job that the cleaning crew did. Many many many thanks and that my highest recommendations to anyone using this cleaning service‼️‼️‼️‼️

I use Becht Pride Cleaning Services from time to time when I need a little extra help but have not been a regular customer. They have always done a good job for a fair price. The gals doing the cleaning have always been really friendly and super efficient and Ben has always been responsive and faithful in following up to make sure Im satisfied. Late last week a good friend of mine passed away unexpectedly. In an effort to help, I offered to house out of town family. Yikes! My house wasnt ready!! I texted Ben Sunday afternoon, and calling it a "hail Mary"! asked if he had any time available Monday. He texted me back a few hours later and said to expect them around 3pm. They did a fantastic job and paid special attention to the areas that my guests would be using. They were thorough and as kind as ever. And charged me the regular rate! I appreciate that Ben and his staff take their clients and their needs very seriously. I love patronizing small local businesses. Disappointed. I had my first visit today and the cleaning was cursory and marginal. They did a good job getting water stains out of toilets and tubs. I feel like they started and now I have about an hour or two of work to do to finish and make my house look like it was really cleaned. There were visible crumbs on the kitchen counter; no vacuum of the closet carpets although I specifically asked; smeared mirror and visible small objects on the carpet that I could pick up with my hands. No great smell when entered. The tv stand glass was not cleaned at all. I have to spray the glass. I can tell many objects are never moved out of the way. It looks like they literally just ran through the house as fast as they could. For $125, I would not want this to be recurring. Maybe I need to ask for "deep cleaning." Id pay more for time well spent. I feel like I do when my son does chores and I have to follow behind him. It was a "spit shine." Bummed. We need good reliable cleaning service and I was hoping we found it.

Ill start by saying I dont leave reviews. I just dont. Im way too busy. Its not purposefull, its just life. That is exactly why we needed someone like Ben and team 6 to come help us. I only say team 6 to remove any names from the review outside of the owner. We recently had a baby, things get crazy when that happens and we simply didnt have the time (or the required sleep) to keep up on our house work. These professionals came in and didnt judge us for being behind on our cleaning. I was really worried they would. Instead they made us feel great about choosing their company and reassured us they would get the house back into shape. (And loved on our little guy like it was their own baby) They cleaned the house to a point where it was better than when we moved in. I was proud to show my house to my friends instead of being in the newborn parent shame mode. These people are the real deal and they cleaned our house better than we could have ever done. We scheduled to have our house cleaned today because we are hosting a party. The cleaning crew was punctual, arriving within the time frame given. They reviewed my priority list with me, toured the areas of the home to be cleaned, and got to work, after quickly giving my dog some much craved attention. They worked very efficiently, completing all tasks on my wish list within the four hours I had scheduled, even though I was sure that the list was too long to be completed. When they had finished the list, they had me walk through the areas they had cleaned to ensure that I was satisfied. The crew was a team of three women for an hour and twenty minutes (4 total "man hours"). My husband and I have already discussed looking into utilizing their services regularly. I would be more than happy to have the same team come again.
