Couldnt even find out if they do a good job cleaning because they couldnt even get to my house on time. My wife set up a morning appointment at a house I am trying to sell. We dont live there so I had to drive 40 minutes to meet them there. I waited for an hour and when no one showed up I went to work. My wife called and told me they scheduled us wrong and they would be back sometime between 11 and noon. My wife asked them to call 40 minutes before getting there. They couldnt even do that. They called her from the driveway and told her they were there. She was 40 minutes away so she asked me to go there on my lunch hour to let them in because they were waiting. When I got there, no one was there. Cancelled the service and I will never try to use them again simply because they couldnt be there when they said they would. Horrible experience! After I posted my review above the owner reached out and made things right. I appreciate the quick response to my review and regaining my business. After the scheduling conflict was resolved the girls came back out and did a great job cleaning my house.

On time and nice . I recommend for heavy cleaning of a house condo or apartment. They come in a group of 2 and will work as long as needed . I suggest To schedule them either weekly or bi weekly . What they charge is based on your squared footage of house. condo or apartment. Ask them for a discount or look for coupons . Senior citizens this service is excellent. If injured in a accident they will make your place look so clean that your recovery will go so much faster. 4 out of 5 stars only because used them 3 times so far but rating can go higher if it continues.

The women who come to clean are reliable and generally consistent in the manner in which they clean. They receive feedback well and make adjustments in their methods of cleaning when I ask them to. Of the 4 cleaning companies that Ive used over the last 5 years, Molly Maid has provided the most thorough clean, the most consistent service, and the best responsiveness to my concerns or requests.

Excellent cleaning technique and detailed cleaning services. Very pleased with the outcome. Will definitely use Molly Maids services again. Very thorough cleaning of areas including crevices, sills, blinds, etc. I was especially impressed with the ability to get areas around the sink fixtures that were hard for me to clean. No mirror or appliance smudges either... Feeling very happy :)

We are new into the area and tried Molly Maids. A representative was out quickly and set us up to have a cleaning the following week. The ladies were fantastic! Nothing was left unturned and my house was spotless. We had them back the following week and again were pleased. We are now set up on a weekly basis. Glad I call Molly Maids.

Tiffany and Robin do a wonderful job cleaning my house. It is a pleasure to come home after they have cleaned. The price is well worth the service. I highly recommed to any husbands who need to replace their wives cleaning duties for $250 a month. That is a bargain.
