My husband and I needed a move-out cleaning, on fairly short notice, for the condo where wed been living for 7 years, with pets. Wed used other local providers before, but with mixed results, so decided to try someone new. Mr. Nielson responded to my voice mail within a few minutes. He answered all my questions, provided the paperwork I asked for quickly and efficiently via text and email, scheduled the visit for the exact date and time I requested, and customized the cleaning to our needs (interior of oven and fridge, steam cleaning of carpets, etc). When his team was finished, the condo was literally cleaner than it had been when we took occupancy. The move was stressful for us, but Pensacola Maid Service took care of a huge piece of it and made things easier. I highly recommend them.

Amateur service. No attention to detail. In and out too next job too quickly. When issues brought to owner, their reply is your home is dirty and not maintained. Bad customer service. Horrible experience. You get what you pay for. Not worth the savings over larger companies.

Pensacola Maid Service has been handling our vacation rental property for 2 years now. They have always done an amazing job keeping the condo clean in between tenants! They are $50 less than the last cleaning company we used and do a much better job!
