I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. After visiting the property on three separate occasions (twice to "clean", once to inspect) Two Maids and a Mop was unable to clean to reasonable standards. The first visit was comprised of two "maids" complaining about the tasks and attempting to avoid doing them by asking "does this need to be done?" about each item. The "supervisor" joined the team and, by all reports, deemed the job complete. She believed we would not return to the property. I think this contributed to the poor job. Upon our return it took nearly a week to get a response. Then came the inspection. The supervisor (same as above) walked around the property and expressed feigned displeasure at the unsatisfactory nature of her teams work. She promised it would be remedied. A new team was dispatched, once again believing we would not return to the property to verify their work, and "completed the job". Despite my repeated efforts, there was no more communication from the company or the supervisor, yet our card was charged. They had our money, they were no longer interested in providing the "quality service" they claim to espouse. So imagine my surprise when I returned to the property today to install new tenants. The photo attached is a mere sampling of Two Maids and a Mop Pensacolas standard of work. As you can see, there is no integrity (doing a poor job because there was no one to review their work), no work ethic (complaining about assigned tasks), and no accountability (refusing to reply to requests for remedy). Two Maids and a Mop took advantage of our situation as military stationed out of state, performed poorly, and subsequently refused to reply to requests. I suggest in the strongest of terms that you look elsewhere for any cleaning needs you may have.

I hired them based on ratings to clean my parents home as a gift. I was very disappointed. Thankfully, I was able to be there during the cleaning because I had to have them redo something in almost every room. When they asked me to check the master, I thought they had not mopped and cleaned the floors yet, they were still that dirty. They neglected to clean multiple picture frames in the house. In the office there were still dead flies and a dead dragon fly under the window sill. Their upright vacuum was completely inadequate for tile and hardwood floors. They only cleaned the middle of the rooms and missed around the edges and around the toilets. When I pointed out the missed areas, they fixed it to my satisfaction but they argued and blamed each other making it a very unpleasant experience. If I hire professionals, I should not have to follow them around to make sure they are doing their job! Especially for $500. They didnt even clean the crumbs up under and around the microwave until I pointed it out. Next time, I will try someone else. It cant be any worse.

Had a good 1st time experience. I called because I needed a 2.5 hour clean and specific work on the baseboards and floors. It also happened to be the same day the big ice storm came in. The 2 ladies (I hope I get their names right- Ms. Juanita and Ms. Kiara, I think?) got out to my house and Ms. Colleen called to let me know they were trying to get everyone off of the roads soon for safety. Absolutely! As a Floridian- theres no way I could drive on ice and I dont expect anyone else to either. Good call on managements part. So they cut it short and charged less for the service. The ladies cleaned all of the rooms, vac, mop, dusted fan blades, wiped down surfaces, toilet cleaning (they sparkled afterwards), and we generally super nice and polite and funny. I wish they would have been able to get to the baseboards since those needed the most work, but with the weather that day- it just wasnt feasible. They were just so dang nice. I really liked them.

Our first cleaning was PERFECT! We were so glad to have found them and to have them cleaning our house. Sadly, after the first cleaning, the results were not as good. They didnt dust certain areas, wouldnt change the sheets on my daughters bed, left trash cans full, left our bathmat out in our master bedroom, and left a very dirty rag they had used to clean hanging on our white bath towel. I called to discuss these issues with the manager and she acted like my concerns were not valid and made no effort to make things right. I called two days later to cancel our service and told her that it was because I felt like my concerns werent addressed and there was no effort to keep our business. Her only response was, "ok, Ill take you off of our list." Still, no effort to make things right or even just to be kind to me. Im so disappointed that things ended this way and would appreciate more steps being taken to fix problems that customers are having.

Two Maids and a Mop definitely lived up to my expectations. I have had housekeeping services for about 15 years, but was having trouble finding something similar since moving to the Pensacola area last year. Contracting with 2M&M was easy, and the fact that I dont have to write out a check every month is very convenient. Regina is responsive and answered all my questions about logistics of the service.The house was wonderfully clean when I walked in after their initial deep clean ... believe me, I tested everything for dust and grime afterwards! They got my baseboards, blinds, fans, not to mention floors, bathrooms, etc. I set out sheets for them, and they changed my bed linen. The house smelled clean without that overwhelming odor of cleaning materials. Now its up to me to keep it that way until my next visit from 2M&M!

I have used Two Maids & A Mop for years and have always had great service. I typically get two people for two hours for $135.00. Today there had been a problem with the schedule - so they sent one person, but they still charged me for two. Keep in mind, I am paying for maids by the hour. The person they sent worked hard and did a fine job. But obliviously, one person for two hours does not equal the work of two people for two hours. But I was still charged for two people. Based on the math alone, that would mean I paid 67.50 an hour. Since their was no consideration extended to me for shorting me the help (which of course did not complete my home), being hours late, getting my scheduled cleaning date wrong and gouging me on the price - I would not recommend 2 Maids & A Mop.

Ashley and Sarah did a fantastic job on my home! It was the first time we had used Two Maids and a Mop and it will surely not be the last. The ladies were polite, friendly, professional, and accommodating. I felt I could trust them in my home and they focused all of their time and attention on the task at hand! I have had maids in the past who have spent all their time on their phones, and this did not happen with these two wonderful ladies! They were so pleasant and even put up with my two very mischievous kitties!!! The place smelled wonderful when they left and they relieved so much stress for me. Thank you! I will recommend them to anyone who asks!
