Molly Maids in Pensacola Florida-Unprofessional and Lazy Had the worse experience of a lifetime with this incompetent company. No customer service skills whatsoever when I called to enter a complaint. I was talking on the phone to Lisa and ask if I could talk to a supervisor and she said she was the supervisor, knew I was in trouble then, this definitely explained a lot about the operation of this franchise. My son had new hardwood floors and carpet put in his house right before the Christmas Holidays, when I called Molly Maids they assured me they were use to these types of projects. I reiterated that I would need all the dust removed from the work with the hardwood floors as my son was to begin Chemotherapy at MD Anderson right after Christmas and it was imperative that all the dust was out of the house. These two ladies came in while the installers was still installing carpet upstairs, but they had the entire downstairs to work on, they did nothing for 3 hours and charged us $300.00. They told their supervisor, Lisa, that there was not much they could do since there were still people working in the house. No one was working downstairs and bathroom was not touched, no dust removed at all in the kitchen, den, hall, dining room and Den. The installers finished the carpet upstairs and left while Molly Maids was still there, not any of the new carpet upstairs was vacuumed and none of the upstairs bathrooms were touched. I thought it was very telling that they immediately went back to office and reported to their supervisor that they couldnt do a whole lot because of all the construction, they did this only because they knew someone would be calling to complain. So, the thing is, if you couldnt do much, dont charge much. So very disappointed in this company performance, or lack of, and will assure that anyone I know will not experiences the blatantly unprofessionalism of Molly Maids in the future.

Drama filled company! They fired me 4 days after finding out I had asthma & refused to give me written statement explaining why I was terminated & is also trying to with hold my last pay check for 4 extra days which they have absolutely no legal right to do so. They will not allow their employees to have water while working, they allow employees to smoke marijuana in the work vehicles, they pick favorites & I have watched them be very rude to customers too for no reason. They also have no idea how to actually clean. the way they make their employees clean is exhausting & does not get it all cleaned. They are the complete opposite of professiona & do not care about customers needs or their employees. They seriously over charge the customers for the work the employees do. Oh & they also lie to make themselves look better. Dont believe a word they say.

I was very unhappy with the professionalism of this company. To be clear, the ladies they sent to clean were fine - not 5-star, but fine. The managers of the company, however, misrepresented their services (how is swiffering baseboards akin to "cleaning"? My toddler does that), and were argumentative and hostile towards me, the customer, when I was expressing my concerns and complaints. They dont put the customer first; they put their bottom line first. I will absolutely not do business with them again.

I liked the quick yet efficient manner in which the cleaning was done. I liked the professionalism of the ladies who cleaned our house. Everyone I have met or spoken to on the phone is polite, friendly, and competent. I have no reservations recommending this company for your cleaning needs.

The girls are friendly, but good workers and do a great job. We have used Molly Maids for more than 10 years and have always been satisfied with the job they do. Wont switch to any other company. They are easy to work with and always cheerful!
