I am the secretary at Fort Donelson Memorial United Methodist Church in Dover, TN, and recently we had an issue with moisture in the furnace room. Servpro came out and helped us diagnose the problem, which actually needed to be fixed by our HVAC people before they could clean the area. As soon as it was fixed, Servpro returned and cleaned and sanitized the area. Through the process, they were clear, communicative, efficient, reasonably priced, pleasant, and never tried to sell us services we did not need. We would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

After 3 weeks of haste dealing with the insurance and other parties after our kitchen caught on fire we finally had a great and stress free day thanks to Servpro. They arrived on time, and were impressively compassionate with the highest level of professionalism. First let me say that this company wasted no time when they got to work. Ronnie and his team were both professional, kind and prompt. Over the course of a few days Ronnie was here every morning early with his team and wasted no time when getting to work. They fixed the issue that was wrong with our house and provided excellent service while doing the work. Horrible job on the vapor barrier in my crawl space. They sub contracted the job out to a company I can never get in touch with. A vapor barrier was not installed to any standard. Servpro sub contracted the job without a heads up to me (the homeowner) the sub contractor took 22 mins to instal what was supposed to be a vapor barrier. I can still see all of the dirt in the crawl space and plastic thrown in place with no actual barrier. Horrible job wouldnt recommend them to anyone if I could give a zero star I would.

Servpro is should be named HEROpro.... they are the go to people when Mr. Mayhem decides to visit your home. Nothing is to big or small for them; flood, fire, earthquake, tornado.... name it, they will take your worries away and restore your home like Mayhem never visited! Id never use anyone else. In times like those you need someone to trust... Servpro is that company.

Overall pleased with the packing and cleaning crew that worked on my house after the fire. All the team members were courteous and acted in a professional manner. My one concern was the fact that team members were being pulled off for other jobs resulting in my work taking longer to complete
