I am completely satisfied with The Maids! My place is cleaned every time as if it is the first time - it is always left spotless. The ladies that clean my place are friendly, courteous, detail-focused, and respectful of my belongings. I get so much peace of mind knowing that the housekeeping is handled and I have more time to focus on other things in life. The Maids is a very honest and reputable company. Ive had a firsthand account of seeing this multiple times and it is a rare and very admirable thing today to see a business work so hard to make sure the client is 100% satisfied...going above and beyond when they didnt have to. Ive looked at other Birmingham cleaning services and none match the level of service and affordability that The Maids provide. I highly recommend The Maids to anyone that wants their home professionally cleaned every time.

I started using The Maids right before Christmas 2014. They came in and did a very thorough job from top to bottom and made my house spotless. I have started having them come in once a month to clean my house. Everything is always spotless and smells so clean. I have 2 dogs, so sometimes that is not an easy feat. After they leave you would never know I even have dogs. My husband committed how nice it looks. I feel very comfortable with the cleaning crew and look forward to their next visit. I also feel the rate is reasonable for the job they do.

Team two is a blessing to me and my home. They are so thorough and detailed! They are kind and attentive and I really enjoy having them in my house. Believe me when I say that with two college kids, a high school and a elementary school kids, the house is usually quite messy. But they go about their business without complaining. Ive used The Maids at two different houses and have been with them for 10 years. Team 1 led by Tammy is my team of choice! They always do a good job and listen to special requests. I never worry about leaving if they are here because everything is done right and the house is secure when they leave. I love Team 1 and I hope The Maids treats them well because a team that does good work and is dependable is worth a lot to customers.

The Maids have been doing monthly cleanings of my home for well over a year. The ladies have a systematic approach, and they execute their system very efficiently ! All cleaning products they use are environmentally friendly, which is a plus for me. The teams are both personable and professional, and are focused on their assigned tasks. Bottom line---- I have been very happy with my choice of this service provider.

The Maids have been our home cleaning service for a number of years. They do an excellent job in making sure my house is cleaned to my liking and they are very dependable. The house is inspected by the Team Leader, Tammy, before they leave and if something is accidentally missed, they go back and correct it before they leave. I dont know what we would do without them. My wife and I are aging, and many years ago found cleaning the house very difficult physically. Thus we engaged The Maids and that has been the best decision we ever made. While my wife prefers to keep certain tasks such making beds etc for herself the Maids do the heavy lifting. Particularly since our house has two levels. We love the Maids and can recommend them highly.

These ladies take such good care of my home and treat everything with respect. They are even nice to my dog (she loves them and is so happy when they come). They do a great job and the same ladies come each week, so I know who is in and out of my home and trust and like the team. Would recommend them to all my friends and family!

This is a company that takes good care of its employees (and its customers); my team is always good-natured, even on a miserably hot day. Their good spirits and the results of their hard work always give me a lift. This last visit they did a particularly nice job. If I could afford it, Id have them come weekly.

The Maids always come when expected. The work is very thorough and they are quick to correct any defect. The house smells clean and looks and feels clean when they leave. Team 5 has continually been consistent and the Team Leader is the best. Always friendly and courteous, I recommend the teamwork to all!

The Maids have been a blessing for me. My brother has limited abilities and is a pretty bad housekeeper. I cant always get to his apartment on a timely basis to help him out. The Maids can! Its comforting to know that he is in a clean environment and has the "friendly" Maids to help me and him out.
