To say that I was disappointed in my Molly Maids service today is a severe understatement. Though the girls were nice and friendly, I felt they were inadequately trained. None of my surfaces (shelves, night stands, etc.) were wiped down, I found pieces of litter on the floor, and the bed was not made. Since I am moving, one of my bedrooms had no furniture in it other than a lamp. This lamp was not even moved out of the way to vacuum the corner it was in. The greatest atrocity was how they cleaned the ceiling fan that was directly over the mattress I am sleeping on. TONS of dust fell all over my bed, which was left there for me to clean and wash. When booking the appointment, I asked that the ashes of my fireplace be swept out and was told this would not be a problem. The girls who cleaned the house said they couldnt because it was a fire hazard. They did not even open a single closet, including the laundry closet or the hot water heater closet. When I called to explain my situation, i was given half of my money back; I still paid $80, which I feel is absurd. Can you imagine paying $160 for this service? Please do not consider giving Molly Maids your business for a moving clean. I only hope that my experience saves someone else the trouble. Cleaning up after the cleaners is a frustrating process.

Molly Maid has been a life-saver for me! I was recently diagnosed with a minor but inconvenient disability that was making it very hard for me to keep up with my housework. They clean everything very well and sometimes even better than I would do it myself. They notice the little things that are easy to miss. Whenever I have a scheduling conflict, they are always willing to accommodate me with a pleasant attitude. Brandy and Tara of Route #1 are always happy to be here and work hard. They take the time to know me, my family, and even greet my pets with enthusiasm. They are careful with my decorative belongings, and I can trust them completely to take care of my things or be in my home while Im not here. They are always willing to go an extra mile for me if Im having company or need extra chores done that arent included in their usual service. I cannot say enough good things about these two ladies. I am very thankful for the work they do!

Molly Maid was the best decision Ive made in a long time. The 2 ladies that came out, went straight to work with their own cleaners and equipment, got down to business right away . The house was immaculate and smelled so fresh and clean, it made me feel so good getting that work done and look I forward to continuing with their services. If you have not tried it, it was so much more affordable than I ever thought and the results were worth every penny. I highly recommend Molly Maid to anyone who is looking to spend more quality time with their family and needs a break after coming home from working all day to clean, immaculate , fresh home!

My angsty 12 year-old cleans better: sinks still dirty, they used our cleaning supplies on our toilets, clogged the toilets with the cleaning sponge we used to have, streaks on everything, left my dog outside with no water for the majority of the day, didnt touch the office but to take out the itty bitty trash can, broke a picture frame, knocked over the PS4, and the floors are sticky. Its like we got robbed by toddlers. This was their first and only clean. Never again.

The cleaning crew and manager in charge of my account were totally unprofessional. They showed up late on both of my appointments without calling and with no explanation or apology. They blamed each other for the tardiness and were offended by my upset at their poor service and attitude. I have canceled the service and will never use this franchise of Molly Maid again.

Great service! They are always eager to please, the house is cleaned well and they are easy to communicate with. And, they let my dog out and back in before they leave! :) Very pleased with the cleaning!
