Im not really sure where to start. But first off I wasnt impressed at all. I have had better experience paying cheaper rates. The only reason I went to them is because I wanted a deep cleaning. I had told Vicky from the beginning and when the girls came they werent aware of that. So they didnt want to do anything I asked them to since that wasnt instructed. I even told them several times what I wanted and I would pay them but they didnt want to do it. They were moving at a slow pace and stopping here and there to complain about me. (Because I kept checking on them) Plus one was giving me attitude because I had her redo the base boards. Besides them stopping several times to call Vicky to clarify everything they wasted about 15 minutes of my time they could of been cleaning. Plus if you pay for 2 hours they will pin point there time exactly 2 hours even if they didnt finish the job. I was going to pay them for another hour but since they did such a horrible job I figured I would hire someone else to do it. I wasnt happy at all. Plus you can tell Vicky didnt really care about our business because she was basicslly brushing the situation off instead of trying to fix it. It was a horrible day for me since I had to find another cleaning service and I had guest coming at 3 and the place wasnt even done. Horrible experience. Bad service and rude staff.

Dorsey has cleaned for us for over 2 years now and we are extremely pleased with her care and attention to detail in our home, as well as the service we receive from Nancy and the team at Maidpro. We are reminded and well informed of our scheduled times, Dorsey does a thorough job and is careful of our belongings and furniture as she cleans. On the occasions weve met shes polite and friendly. I have also used Maidpro for the occasional deep clean when moving in/out of our homes. They have been responsive and flexible to accommodate hectic and stressful move times. I couldnt ask for a better cleaning service. Overall I have found the competitively priced for the quality and reliability we receive.

I personally think the person who gave that review about the company stealing from them is nuts! they probably had someone else in their home. I have had Maipro for two years and i leave money and jewlery out all the time and nothing has ever come up missing. The way the maids clean and the office personal is awesome. I wouldnt go back to another company ever. I have reccomended 3 friends to Maidpro and they are extremely happy too. Try them for yourself! my name is Randall Johnson. I was really happy to get such a quick response to my initial request for an estimate via email. Other places play games and insist on doing it over the phone. I was able to schedule a cleaning in the next 2 days and was asked to only provide a vacuum cleaner. Overall, I was extremely happy with the cleaning. There were a couple of spots that were missed that seemed easy, but I could see that Monique worked hard on my problem areas, which turned out better than I thought possible. I have already scheduled my next cleaning.

Dorsey from MaidPro has come every other week to clean our condo for almost a year and a half. They provide great service at competitive prices. They are always responsive and are great about reminders, letting you know in advance if there is a necessary schedule change, and are very accommodating when you need to change your date of service. This is the third MaidPro location Ive used, as Ive moved a couple of times, and I wouldnt use any other company for maid service.

MaidPro is the best! Vicki Lee (the manager) is very responsive to emails and phone calls. She is very polite when I need to reschedule. The clean itself is very thorough, and the maid I have (Deiattra) is very polite. I like the fact that this company uses a checklist to make sure they cleaned everything (its a long checklist, too!). The price is reasonable and well worth it for how good of a job they do. I would highly recommend MaidPro!

Their staff is wonderful. Very trustworthy, thorough, and friendly. I have had a different person every time I have a cleaning, but I have really been impressed with all of them. They really just get to work, always ask questions about preferences and what kind of cleaning supplies I want to use, and are just generally very wonderful to work with. The most important thing is that I can trust them, and that is really invaluable to me!
