There are only two reasons for a customer to use a large company at Molly Maids high rates. The first reason is that you expect higher quality. The team did an acceptable, but not great job. Corners consistently missed, hard to reach places (between shower doors, etc) were never touched. Our door was left open while cleaning multiple times despite repeated warnings about house cats. The second reason to use a large company is that the administration provides an easier experience for you. This was certainly not the case with Molly Maid. Despite repeated calls, they refused to update our phone number, consistently calling the wrong member of the household. The last straw was when they attempted to charge us a late fee due to calling the wrong family member which was 100% their fault. Bottom line is that theyll do an OK job for way too much money. The staff is really kind, if not great at cleaning, and they bring their own gear. If you just need someone to clean your house, you can do way way worse.

Reyna, Carmen, and Rosa do an amazing job of cleaning our condo. They are friendly and on time. We have high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows that they clean immaculately. They also clean the outside of our air ducts and kitchen very well! I do like how they ask you what you want them to really focus on as certain areas need more work at times. From a long day of work, I love coming back to a sparkly clean home!

Molly Maids is always on time, consistent and do a good job with the cleaning of our apartment. I do wish at times that there could be a "deeper" clean offered every once in awhile - obviously not something that could be part of every clean, but it would be great to get some of the tougher areas in the house.
