I work for a property management company in Oak Brook, and have used Ted for carpets and blinds for years. There are not enough superlatives of praise I can give this guy. He is hard working, decent. fair, on time and super dependable. I can remember years ago as a "favor" to a "friend" I gave another guy a job cleaning carpets in our buildings, when the job should have gone to Ted. Well, the other guy bailed on me in an emergency flooding, On NEW YEARS EVE DAY, and I sheepishly had to call Ted, and he took it in stride and came over and saved my day, and holiday, by completing the job at the very last minute. Since then we have used him for everything. I seriously wish we could give him more work, his type of work ethic and integrity is hard to come by these days.
