I was very turned off by the fact that they could not tell me what time of day they would be coming to do my cleans but typically I would get an update the day before until the past 3-4 months worth of cleans when the crews would show up unannounced. Twice they came before 8am when I was still in the shower. I nearly had a heart attack having strangers WALK IN on me naked. When I complained to the company it didnt change so I let them go, officially cancelled everything and yet they returned this morning again, of course while I was in the shower, when they were not supposed to be in my home at all. I have changed to a cleaning company that communicates very well with me and it has made all the difference.

We have used The Cleaning Authority for a total of 10 years now in 3 different houses. We left Nashville for a few years in the middle and I was pleased when we returned that they had switched to "earth-friendly" products. The house is always very clean when we come home after their visit and without the caustic smell of chemicals. Their office staff is also helpful with rescheduling issues and any details that need addressing such as new pets. They do use a rotating group of crews, but Maria P and Luz have been our "regulars" the last few months and do a great job, even when we are stomping around the house and getting in their way! :)

The Cleaning Authority has been courteous, friendly and prompt in all dealings Ive had from first visit for estimate thru the biweekly cleaning Ive had for almost a year. Im in a wheelchair so there are a few thing that I need to be set a certain way but Miranda and Sheronda always take the care that things are not only sparkling clean put totally accessible to me after they left. If you need some help keeping you home a little tidier than you can or want to do yourself the Cleaning Authority is definatly the place to call

The worst customer service and communication in the world. If you call and need your day changed or moved they outsource the call. So you never can talk to anyone who can make a decision at all. They tell you someone will call you back and they never do. Lastly they ask where would you like them to come in you tell them and they leave because they dont go in the right door. There is absolutely no communication and at least from a consumer to service rep piece it is the worst company I ever dealt with.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for over three years now. I have found their cleaning teams to be very respectful and thorough. If I do have an issue, I have simply asked and the problem is resolved. I like their rotation method, it seems to work. As with any employee, I treat them with respect and they treat my home with care. My regular team of Angie, Kristi, and Molly always do an excellent job!

I guess my house wasnt big enough for the Cleaning Authority. Called them a few days ago. After asking for way too much detailed information about my house, which I gave, they never called back. Oh but they did tell me I was entitled to a free estimate of what they would charge to clean my house--gee, what a great offer!

weve been using them for several years. Angie and Kristi who clear our house are very sweet and do a great job. Only downside is it seems to be very hard to talk to someone at the main office - always get voicemail and then they call you back.
