I had a wonderful experience with Fresh Tech! My wife and I moved into our new home a little less than a year ago, and we wanted to get our home deep-cleaned. I reached out to several companies, and I decided to go with Fresh Tech because of the customer service I received. I spoke to Rachel, and she was awesome. She was friendly and professional and she thoroughly explained the company and their cleaning process. I immediately booked a cleaning, and my wife and I couldnt be happier. On the day of our cleaning, Jasmine and Alexis showed up on time and were super friendly. I showed them my place, and I asked them to focus on a couple of areas. I had to leave to go to work, and I asked them to contact me when finished. They contacted me after the cleaning was finished, and a couple of hours later I arrived at a wonderfully clean home. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed by the cleaning, and we decided to set up continual cleaning appointments. Jasmine came back yesterday for our second appointment, and she did another wonderful job! I would highly recommend this company!

I just moved into a new place and it needed a good clean. With the amount of good reviews I thought the service would have been better. I order the cleaning service with the flu buster and she only cleaned one light switch. Also, they dont really mop, they just have a swifter and spray some watery solution on the floor. Before she swifted the floor she didnt broom or vacuum it. Im glad I mopped beforehand or else the place wouldve been a mess. It seemed they use the same watery vinegar solution for the rest of the cleaning as well. I like my house looking clean as much of smelling clean. For the price I paid I wouldve rather just cleaned it myself. Also the trash wasnt taken out so I had to do that myself as well so Im giving it two stars because really its just a quick surface cleaning service that anyone could do.

I used Fresh Tech for my move-in cleaning (August 2012) and they have done my monthly cleaning ever since (little over 2 years). All of the technicians are thorough and friendly, including Samantha (Sam). You can arrange to have the same technician for every cleaning, but I like how if that technician is not available, they have plenty of other excellent technicians to send to maintain your cleaning date. Frequently they will go above and beyond the checklist, which is much appreciated. Whenever I have to reschedule the cleaning, Sue is very responsive (returning e-mails in less than 24 hours), accommodating and friendly as well. I have been extremely happy with Fresh Tech for the last year and a half and will continue to use their services for years to come.

Fresh Tech Maids made my home like new. When I came my kitchen looked like I got new appliances & my bathroom was never fresher. As anyone who tries to keep their home clean themselves knows these are two hard to clean areas and seems the job is neverending. Fresh Tech was able to do deep cleaning that I never get to myself. The best part was that it was all done naturally without chemicals. The place sparkled for days after. I kept thinking to myself, what a great birthday, holiday or anytime gift as the holidays are coming up, & who needs more stuff? Why not give someone the gift of a great experience, the experience of coming home to a beautiful new clean home? Professional staff that is thorough.

I called Fresh Tech Maid because I wanted/needed my home to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I live alone. I can manage the little cleaning tasks, but not the larger ones. Jackie came to my recue. She was so meticulous with her dusting, folding, and vacuuming. It was more than that, though. She did not mind working around my scooter or walkers. That made me feel comfortable with her. I was able to hold a conversation with her without her missing a beat with her job. Shay did a great job cleaning our condo. She was exceedingly thorough and helpful with preparing our guest bedroom for our grandmothers arrival. I was especially impressed that a supervisor came to inspect her work. Finally, I liked how I received a phone call from Emily to discuss the specifics of my quote and explain the history of the company and all the great work they do for patients undergoing chemotherapy. Throughout the entire process, Fresh Tech Maids was very prompt and communicative. I definitely look forward to using them again.

FreshTech was super helpful for me getting my mom set up with cleaning from a distance. She never would have trusted someone in her home had they not been so great working with me to get it set up and then working so respectfully and well with her and her high standards. I personally loved the carefulness in their cleaning product choices since mom is older, I like that they spend time finding the right things to use and the right way to use it! im not so guilty anymore since Mom is taken care of every week- Thanks again guys!

This was my first experience to hire someone to clean my home and I love it.. seriously I LOVE IT.. I just moved in and was so massy. My house is combination of hardwood and carpet. I was so impressed by Kristina. She did absolutely fantastic job. She detailed everything little piece of work. She spent 2.5 hrs to clean my entire home and my place looks so different. Fresh Tech did a great job on our house. The maids are very well trained and the company really cares about putting the customer first. They check in with you after to make sure everything went well and are willing to come back to the house for free if theres anything that wasnt up to your standards. My house was so dusty and messy. Rachel followed me around as I told her specifically what areas were most important. She always asked additional questions when she wasnt clear on my request, or if she felt something might need a bit of extra work. She talked to me throughout the day to ensure she was following my requests. Both girls left my house in tip-top shape. It was wonderful to come home to a clean house. Thank you!
