Recently I wrote this note to my Molly Maid Office Manager, and I want to share it with you: "Dear Wanda: Mazel tov on your 10th anniversary! I know first-hand how hard you work, and appreciate the flexibility and kindness you have shown over the years. "Help! Were having a shiva tomorrow and I need my house cleaned NOW." "Help! I have sick kids at home and have to reschedule." "Help! The house is a disaster and needs to be scrubbed top to bottom." "Help!" That is what you do, Wanda, you help. And I, for one, want to thank you for that. It is a good feeling to know that my "girls" will be here on time, can let themselves into my house, and I never have to worry about it. I come home to a fresh, clean house! I love the unexpected visits from the supervisors just "checking in" and the calls from Tom and Rob thanking me for my business and making sure everything is top notch. Wanda, you rock! Oh, Tom and Rob, you better keep Wanda happy, or else I wont be happy! With my warmest wishes, Debbie Weiss"

The cleaning service has been great and reliable... which is important. They have been honest and polite.They get a lot done in their 1.5 hours. They are hard workers! We have 2 dogs who add fur and dirt to our house! The women have only made a few a mistakes, like unplugging the cable tv... and we could not figure out the problem! Our house would never be as clean as it is, without Molly Maids!
