Horrible! Im 39 weeks pregnant, have a 3.5 year old and moved last Friday. Were renting out our old place and, while Id normally have cleaned the rental myself, thought it was high time to bring in reinforcements. I called E&K, they estimated the cleaning at 1 person for 3 - 4 hours or so. Then they pulled the bait and switch. They gave me a time frame of 10-12 to arrive and promised that they would call 10-15 min ahead of time to let us know when to meet them. HINT 1: We got a call at 11:54 am saying they were there ringing the doorbell and "noone was home (well, really, you promised youd call so we could meet you)." HINT 2: Two, not 1, VERY YOUNG looking ladies showed up to clean (double the price per hour!). They looked around and thought it might take closer to 3 hours for both of them (6 hours total), which was well beyond the original estimate of 3-4 hours for 1 person. About 2 hours in, they hadnt matriculated down from the first floor so I went up to see what the fuss was about. I looked in the tub and it was stil really dirty on the bottom. I let it go, but about an hour later, I clocked the one young lady taking 25 minutes to clean the MICROWAVE. Thats when I lost it. I asked her if she had cleaned the tub, she said she had. I grabbed some soft scrub and a sponge and with some good old-fashioned elbow grease (at 39 weeks pregnant) had the dang think sparkling in 5 minutes. Then, I told them they could finish up in the next 10 minutes and be gone. If I had to redo all the work anyway, why would I have them stick around? I offered to pay them for the initial 3-4 hour estimate and they refused to leave my front stoop without more money saying they would call the police if I didnt pay in full. Laughable. Next stop is the Better Business Bureau. Im sure these inexperienced young ladies did the best they could, which, unfortunately, was slow and incredibly un-detail oriented. But, I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Be warned.

Horrible experience! First of all, I waited almost 2 weeks to get someone to come out and do a "spring clean" which included cabinets (inside and out) appliances (inside and out), baseboards, light fixtures, etc. Pretty much the stuff that I just dont have time to do. I was SO excited, as this was my first time hiring a cleaning service. Finally the day arrived for the cleaner to come, and I made special arrangements to have me and kids out of the house that day. I knew it would take them awhile, and I was more than willing to pay for however long it took. So anyway, the lady never showed up. After about 45 minutes of waiting, I finally called and the guy told me there was an emergency so we have to reschedule. I was kind of annoyed because someone should have called me, or they could have sent someone else out, but I figured it was emergency of some sort, so I rescheduled for 3 days later. This time the girls showed up, about an hour and a half late. At this point, I told them dont even bother doing the inside of the cabinets because now we just lost 1.5 hours of time. I was really nice with them despite everything that happened. They were done in about 2 1/2 hours and I came home, paid them, and tipped them. When they left I really started to look around, and OMG only the very basic stuff was done! The normal stuff that I do every week anyway. The only thing extra was a couple of light fixtures (not all of them) and my microwave. The oven wasnt touched. The fridge wasnt touched. Not one of my wall decorations/pictures were cleaned. I was SO disappointed that I just spent $125 on stuff I normally do. I would never, ever, ever hire them again.

The service was bad pretty much from start to finish. First of all, they got lost because they had the wrong address. Next, the two ladies, who came originally to perform a move out cleaning (deep cleaning) of my apartment, didnt seem to know what needed to be done in spite of this service having a list on their website. The only things that seemed to have gotten cleaned well was the microwave, the stovetop, the kitchen sink, and the main bathroom. When I went over the work upon arriving home, I noticed so many things on the list that didnt get cleaned well or at all. I called the next morning to complain and was cut off as I told the representative about the situation and was told they would come back to re-clean to make up for the shoddy service. They not only didnt do a re-clean but they brought dirty and dusty cleaning supplies with them and again didnt seem to know what was going on. For all the good reviews of this company, I was very unimpressed.

I have had a lot of difficulty with this service. My first cleaning lady was ok. However, she was scheduled to clean on December 23rd and cancelled on me that afternoon... THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE! After lots of complaining, the cleaning lady did show up begrudgingly and with much attitude. The next cleaning lady was very good but abruptly quit the company to become a nanny. After several horrible candidates, our old cleaning lady returned to the company and we got her back. Now, less than a year later she abruptly quit again. Agata convinced me to wait three weeks for a "very good" cleaner. At present, it is 330 on the day she was supposed to arrive and not only is she 2 hours late but Agata is not returning my calls. I am 6 months pregnant and expecting weekend guests. I am very displeased that they have such unreliable workers and that often do not answer calls. I am sure nobody will show up today... BE CAUTIOUS.

We are getting ready to put our house up for sale and we hired E and K to do a one time deep cleaning prior to going on the market. I would not recommend E and K. Nothing was cleaned to our satisfaction. We presented them with a checklist from there own website and almost none of it was completed. Cabinets were still dirty, dirt was still on the floors, etc... At the end (7 total staff hours) I did tell them that it looked ok, but that was mostly because I needed to get out of the house, and I no longer wanted them on the clock as they did not seem to be worth what we were paying them. I would not use again. I have had much better results with other services, but unfortunately they were booked this time around. After calling to complain I was offered one free hour on our next cleaning visit, what a slap in the face.

Would give this zero stars if possible. Tge cleaning lady was in my empty house for 5 hours. I asked her to wash walls, baseboards, vents and clear put any cobwebs. None of it was done. All she did wad vaccuum. The wood floor was not even washed. She also broke a vase of ours and didnt offer to pay for it or take it off my bill. When I called to explain this, Danny was very rude and did not acknowledge anything. He said I didnt call in time to file a complaint. Absurd. Absolutely the worst cleaning service and even worse customer service. Do NOT use this company. I have photos of how filthy my house is after $125 worth of cleaning. I can post those to anyone interested. Disgusting service!!!!
