The first time cleaning for a 3b/2bth smallish house was $175 for a "deep" cleaning. The floors were left dirty because they only swept the wood floors. The sinks and appliances were left unfinished and scratches on SS oven. The owner came by to look it over and sent his team back to clean up later the next week and it was clear they were not willing to put in more effort to do a good job. Still looking for a good service in the suburbs.
