I wish there was a choice less than i star. The cleaning was substandard, and when I complained and explained what was not cleaned (bathroom floor under the cabinet overhang, the manager assured me he would speak with the people. The next week, when the manager came to tell me again how much they appreciated my business ....... the floor was not cleaned at all. Needless to say, that was the last time they were in the house.

Currently have an open investigation with my local police in regard to missing items after Maid Brigade was in my home for cleaning. I received absolutely no assistance from their local office and had to go all the way to their corporate office for any type of help. Of course, nothing is truly resolved as of yet! There are too many cleaning services to even consider Maid Brigade. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!

They did a great job, and they were very fast! Two people from their team did in two hours what would take me an entire Saturday to do. They were very thorough and left no dust bunnies behind.
