Beware, there are no estimates. If you have them come to your house and do not agree with their estimates they will still charge you for coming there. I scheduled service. Noone shows up until 45 mins after scheduled time. I receive no "running late" phone call. I had to call inquire their whereabouts. When they show up, they overestimate the price and duration because we needed the house cleaned that day. We refused service, becuase not only they were late and but were overcharging time because they knew we needed house cleaned for party next day. 90 minutes to clean one bathroom they said!!!! A rarely used bathroom in a new house 6X8 feet!!! I can post pics if anyone wants!!! 4-5 hrs to clean(not deep clean) 1000 sq feet hardwood floor in a newer house??? kidding me. The owner, Steve, charges us 80$ still! Then when I called to inquire about the charge, he says "why should I let my maids come to you and you refuse service and not charge". Even though they said that they would give estimate on arrival. He never acknowledged his maids being 45 mins late(wife left work early to accomodate their time). He never apologized for them not calling for being late. He was rude from the start. I have the phone records to prove the one way calls I made. We refused service for their lateness and overestimating. The maids tried to take advantage of our need. Steve lacks management adequate to resolve the issue. He must learn to know the facts of events from his own employees. He was proper and professional at the time of scheduling. He told me they will come at time we need. His staff who took my credit card info told me she or someone will call me when the maids are on their way or if they are running late. Very very bad service. I should have charged him the time off my wife took to leave work early to accomodate his maids only for them to come late. But instead he charged me for no service provided!!!! I have disputed my charges with cc and filed complain with BBB.

Steve LeCount and his office Staff are the best!! Very professional and they go out of their way to take care of any problems that might arise. Total pleasure to deal with. Very service oriented business. I greatly appreciate the stability that Steve LeCount and his staff provide in having the same Team assigned to my house, they are familiar with what needs to be done and consistently do a wonderful job.

Molly Maid has been cleaning for me about two years, and Im very pleased with their service. Ive had just one instance that I had to call Steve about and it was taken care of with the next cleaning and has not been an issue since. Lily in the office is great with reminders of when the cleaners are coming. I would certainly recommend Molly Maids and Steve LeCount!

Its just too easy: Two team members come in, bring the necessary cleaning supplies, and work methodically and efficiently. We love having our place clean and looking great, without getting physically exhausted and dipping into our precious free time! Molly Maids is an indulgence WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Rude!! Dont call these people. Got the run around from their 866 number. She kept dumping me into peoples voicemails. I finally called the EGV location and this guy Steve had such a rude attitude with me. Completely lost my business. Was looking for a weekly cleaner unreal
