I read these reviews and took a chance. I needed my house cleaned before we moved in. The maids were supposed to be at my house at 2pm. At 2:30 no one came. I called the office and asked where the maids were. I spoke to someone in Ohio, who said they couldnt get a hold of the main office or the maids and I would just have to wait for someone to call me back. At 2:45 no one came or called back. I spoke to 3 other people, no one could get a hold of the maids, or anyone at the office. They could not even forward me to a manager. I waited an hour before leaving. I was told the maids leave at 5pm, and dont work Saturdays so there was no way to know if they would show up that night or if I would be screwed. Worst communication, worst customer service ever. I have no confidence in this company. Bottom line, if you need to count on a company, DO NOT USE THIS ONE!!!! Update: Still have not been contacted by anyone. :(

Molly Maids Cleaned my home for the first time today. I was extremely disappointed upon my arrival home to find: • Kitchen counters were not wiped down and still had crumbs on them • Dishwasher was not wiped down on the front • Floors felt sticky and had crumbs • Kitchen sink not clean • Toilet bowls were not clean • Bathroom mirrors not cleaned • Glass table tops – coated in pollen and dust • Marble tops – coated in pollen and dust • Bathroom floor downstairs – hair on the floor and was not cleaned well • I walked across the carpet in my bare feet and could feel that it was not vacuumed This cleaning was subpar and I will be loathe to use them again.

I have been using Molly Maids regularly since 2007, and I am still using them regularly to this day. During all these years they have constantly provided professional and truly outstanding service. I had used many other cleaning companies in the past, but Molly Maids have definitely been the best. The ladies are punctual and polite and do a very thorough job. I would say that to have no complaints in almost 9 years of continuous service really speaks volumes for Molly Maids. Thank you Molly Maids for the excellent service.

Ive been using Molly Maid for about a month now and have been so impressed with the service. The staff is prompt, thorough and professional, and they are in and out of my house in no time while still doing an amazing job of cleaning it. My husband and I have both been impressed with the thorough job they do of cleaning everything from baseboards to crown molding, and its really been a huge help to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Our team (Monica and Lindsey) have taken time to understand what is most important to us in terms of a clean house - they focus on that. We have lots of "priceless treasures" (made by the grandkids) they take care of! Also, they work around our dogs and family issues - we work out of our home so they work around us and our phone calls, etc. They do an excellent job for us and we are very pleased with their work - we trust them completely.

The absolute worst cleaning job ever. If I could leave negative stars I definitely would. Molly Maid sent 3 gals instead of 2 stating that one was in training....she had no idea what she was doing....but I still had to pay full price for 3! All of the floors had to be re done as they were dirty and water marked....there were pieces of feather duster everywhere. If you are expecting a good professional job DO NOT CALL MOLLY MAID!

Needed them to clean our apartment before we moved out of our apartment. Did not wipe off window sills or clean windows. We asked specifically that they do the fireplace and this was not done. They did not clean our sunporch because we did not specify it but we were never asked which rooms that they should or should not clean. The only thing cleaned well was the refrigerator.

They did not clean our baseboards like we asked. We called them back and told them about it and they said they would send someone by to clean them and give us a discount. Not only did they not give us the discount, the person who came by the second time did NOT clean the baseboards. Complete waste of money, try any other cleaning service first.

They are always kind, friendly and polite. I started using Molly Maid when I was homebound with a serious injury. Many times I was asked if I needed help doing something or getting around- and they went the extra mile for me. After I was able to keep house again, I thought Id just let them keep on doing it, and Ive never looked back!

Molly Maid has done an excellent job for me. The house is cleaned top to bottom as promised and when I walk in the door it smells so clean and fresh there is no doubt it has been done. My Molly Maid women are great! They are glad to be here, arrive on time, always ask if there is anything else I need and do a grand job! I have used private housekeepers but I was always a bit worried about their credentials. I know my Molly Maids credentials have been verified. Would not be pleased with any other group.
