The ladies who came from Maids a la Mode were early but didnt bother me because they were early! They bring all their supplies and explained what they would use. We reviewed my priorities and expectations and they went right to work. They were very personable, polite, and respectful. They went right to work and worked consistently with only one water break for 3.5 hours. The house smelled great when they were done. Everything was shining and all the surfaces clean (I had asked for special attention to woodwork, blinds, Windows) and shiny! I thought their rates were very reasonable and I was quite happy with their work. Annie and Miracle did great work! Thank you Kiersten!

Best decision Ive made since moving to Mobile! I was referred to Maids à la Mode from neighbors and I am so glad I called for a cleaning before the in-laws came for Thanksgiving. The professional maids were so friendly and energetic… they left our house smelling amazing. I was also REALLY excited to find a cleaning service that uses non-toxic, eco-friendly solutions! They paid excellent attention to detail and we received nothing but complements on the house from my husbands family (despite having quite a destructive puppy). I will definitely be telling all my friends about this company, they are awesome!

i would give ten stars if that were possible! We have used this cleaning service for two years and every experience has been positive. Not only do they leave my house in sparkling condition, they always are so friendly & upbeat that they are a pleasure to welcome into our home. In the instances when I have needed to reschedule an appointment, they have always accommodated us without complaints. It is obvious that the culture in this company is one of doing their best to satisfy every client, every time. Maids a la Mode is, without a doubt, the best cleaning service in this area!

These ladies are incredible!! They scheduled a last minute deep cleaning of my parents house. They even accomodated our need for bleach cleaning due to my dad having surgery! They cleaned everything that we asked for top to bottom and it looks fantastic!! It was a great team of ladies! Thank you so much! We will definitely be using them again!

Awesome job! So glad that my daughter found this company. They came and cleaned my mothers house from top to bottom. Even cleaned out the fridge. Left the house shinny and smelling wonderful. They gave us the names of the women who would be coming which put my mother at ease. I will for sure be using them again.

Ive been using Maids a la Mode as my home cleaning service since Thanksgiving. I cannot tell how how much I have been pleased with their work. The maids that come to my home are always very courteous and attentive to my needs. Ive been recommend them to all of my friends and everyone has been thanking me for it!

Great, locally owned company who does A+, reliable work. I use them for my Airbnb and rental properties, my own home, and I refer my clients to them regularly. Good people, very easy to work with and Id recommend them any day of the week. Ask them about discounts for their regulars and referrals.

Dont call them!! I wanted to give them a second go because of the products they use. However, I was notified they can not make your wood floor shine, no polish treatment available. Also, the manager sent me some rude text messages. Avoid!!! Merry Maids is much better, I will use them again.

Owner/manager is annoying. Its a service of robots, not humans and they do a crappy job and they discuss personal things in front of people they shouldnt. And they drop everything the second they are finished and dont put their garbage away. I would not recommend them. Call someone else.

Very friendly and courteous. One of the ladies was in training so the other lady was doing most of the work and trying to train her as well. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not the best, possibly as a result. Attention to detail not there.
