Quoted to clean my house at 255. Two maids at 85/hr for 3hrs or 3 maids at 126/hrs for 2hrs. They left me a card saying it was 234, great. Got charged 322. Receptionist said 2 maids where there first for 45mins then the 3rd showed up and 3 of them for 2hrs. Said sorry. Offered me a coupon for next time but all I wanted was a one time thing (told them that when setting this up). The lady who set it up originally made it seem like it wouldnt be more than the 255 at all. Because I called maid for a day before them and they said 3 to 4hrs. Would either be 315 or 400. Big difference. So I went with molly maids naturally. 1st time using a maid service. I just got rid of my friends dogs and was lazy and wanted my house cleaned to the max. Wasnt impressed. Still dust in places (most obvious place, TV stand). Bathroom floor, could still see dirt laying there. Took a wet paper towel and still had a good layer of dirt/hair. Did do an awesome job on my microwave, looked brand new inside (I just let it go because Im getting a new one). Kitchen sink looks great as well. Got rid of the grim in my whirlpool (small low spot). My house wasnt entirely in bad shape to begin with but maybe I expected too much for the price. Im partial to blame I guess for being lazy about it and not doing it myself. But paying that much, kinda expect it to look a little better and not find dirt right away without looking too hard.

To start, I was quoted a full cleaning for $250, and it wasnt until the charge hit my account that I realised that I had been charged $351. I was never given an invoice or any type of paperwork detailing what was done or why the additional charge was incurred. When I called to inquire about this, I left several message and never recieved a response. When I attempted to contact the main Molly Maid number, the call was disconnected every time. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but have yet to recieve a response. I have to admit, they did clean the bathrooms very well. Unfortunetly, everything else was just wiped off and dusted over. -----UPDATE----- The business contacted me and offered a $50 refund for the service and explained to me why there was an extra $100 charge. While it did take a little while for them to get back to me, I am satisfied with their response.

I called last year, had them come out. Like most I clean before cleaning people come around. they called me at work to tell me, "Ohh your house needs our *extra Service* and its going to be $250 not the 100 quoted. Seeing as how I wasnt there I had to give a Credit card number. I was charged the quoted $250 but the service was lousy. they even moved an Ottoman over where my cat had evidently urpped, and instead of grabbing a papertowel, they left it and covered it. the House also smelled.. like something had become mildewy, the cleaners they used were not fresh and clean smelling. I would not ever use this service again.

Molly Maid has been cleaning my home for several years. They are very friendly, prompt & thorough. Awesome! I had Molly Maid here today for my first "deep cleaning" and all I can say is "WOW!". They did all of the obvious things that I expected, but the reason that I am writing here is because of the little extra things that they did. They emptied my garbage, cleaned the garbage can, and even washed my coffee cup that was in the sink. I know there are just little things, but it was really cool to come home and have these extra things that I never would have expected.

You guys are not only very responsive when it comes to scheduling appointments, your team also does a VERY good job. The cleaning team are always thorough, eager to please and on-time. The office staff are also very personable, accommodating, responsive.......and I also love that when I call to make appointments, I usually speak to the same young ladies. After all the years Ive been with JL the office staff are the same pleasant crew !!! Love you guys!

Not a lot of product was used; i.e., no furniture polish, no Swiffers on the floors. The house actually looked and smelled cleaner than it has with any other service. The ladies were thorough and diligent in their work. I found NOTHING lacking when they were finished.
