This was our first time using a home cleaning service and we werent exactly sure what to expect. When I called to get more information, Emily, the owner, answered and was super friendly and helpful. It was clear how passionate she was about her company. We signed up for a one time cleaning to get ready for an event at our house. Emily emailed to confirm the appointment and called the morning of to give an update on a more precise time of our service, which was still within our hour window. Alyssa was assigned to us and she showed up on time and prepared. She was very friendly and started with a tour of our house for planning and asking for our priorities. She was willing to accommodate our sons naptime. She worked diligently during her time, completing within the estimated time frame, and the results were great. She cleaned up after herself and you wouldnt even know she had been there, except for the newly cleaned house! While a bit more pricy, you certainly get what you pay for, including peace of mind. I would highly recommend this service, and Alyssa particularly.

While Adrianna did a great job cleaning, she cleaned me out too. Watch out or you will be missing stuff. I should have kicked her out when I saw her going through all my drawers, but I was busy with my own chores. She took a silver and turquoise bracelet that belonged to my mother, a hand-painted plate, and a USB hub. Besides that, Fresh Tech Maids charges about twice as much as other cleaning services. Fresh Tech Maids claims to do a background check, but they didnt pick up this womans MO. Avoid them like the plague. Also, note that one of the reviews is most likely written by a relative of the owner, Wells Ye.

Rachel R cleaned my apartment: I loved coming home to a clean apartment; love how everything in sight was organized, folded, stacked, arranged, etc. Kitchen was great! All the trash taken care of. Was the second bathroom floor washed or the tub? Main shower needed a little more work at the edges of the floor, the white seat and the chrome of the hand shower. Fine to leave the sheets in the washing machine. You left a black plastic beverage container in the bathroom and a green cloth on the door knob of the second bath. Should I send you the green cloth? Thank you so much!!

I had hired Fresh Tech Maid for years, before I moved out of Chicago. I enjoyed the quality of its technicians. They are all super helpful and listen to me really well. Quality is excellent. I especailly like the fact that this company could handle my feedback really well and resoved my concerns quickly. At one time, I pointed out that the tub in master bathroom requires more work. A manager dropped by and reviewed my concern in detail. In future cleanings, the issue disappeared for good. That is why I enjoyed working with this company, because they listens.

I loved the cleaning Fresh Tech Maid did. When I came home the high traffic areas in my house looked like Id gotten new appliances. I was really wowed. I would highly recommend Fresh Tech and the fact that they are chemical free and at the same time are able to do deep cleaning are key things that are important to me. I would say Fresh Tech would be great for a gift as most of us dont need more stuff but are looking for that WOW experience. The feeling of coming home after Fresh Tech Maid was there was like coming home to vacation.

Fresh Tech Maid has been cleaning my home monthly for the past 3+ years. If I could have them come every week, I would! The company and workers are consistently striving for continuous improvement (although its hard to improve upon already great work!), and I love coming home to a sparking clean house. The bonus: all the cleaning materials they use are eco friendly, which gives me peace of mind with two little ones running/crawling around the house. Fresh Tech Maid (specifically Debbie) has been doing a great job cleaning our house for almost a year now. Every time she comes, Im confident that I will come home to a clean house.
