If I could give this company half a star I would. I contacted Harpers cleaning service to complete cleaning of our house after it was sold and we move out for the new homeowners. The owner came out to our house, gave us a quote, and we agreed on the date of Monday, March 27, 2017. Three days before the scheduled cleaning date, my husband contacted this company to confirm the date and to let them know their money would be left at the house. No one answered the phone so he therefore left a message on the voicemail. On the morning of the scheduled cleaning date, I contacted the company and again no one answered the phone and another message was left. Needless to say its 3 days before the closing of our house and we are scrambling trying to find a cleaning service because we relayed on this company is not realiable and we had to find another cleaning company. This is an inconvenience as we are now moved out of the state of Tennessee. I assume the good reviews this company has on the internet is from family and friends. Do not hire this company, although they wont take your money....they just wont show up at all. A complete waste of time!

Ive known this guy for years. We were in the army together and I can honestly say hes one of the hardest working guys I know. He doesnt take shortcuts and gets the job done the right way in a timely manner. In March I was was leaving TN and needed my house cleaned and ready for my final inspection the next day, so I called Harper. He gave me a reasonable price and came over with his workers early in the morning and had the job done just in time for the landlord to check. He even told the landlord if he wasnt satisfied with their job they would come back out and get it right with no extra charge. My only regret is that I couldnt take him with me to WA so he could clean my next house. In closing if youre in Clarksville and need your house cleaned in a timely manner Harpers the guy to choose.

Harpers was the only company I trusted to come out on a monthly recurring basis while I was at work. The Harpers are so friendly and the job they did was simply top-notch. I am borderline OCD meticulous and everything was always spotless by the time I got home and in its rightful place. I also used their company to clean when I PCSd and once again, I have nothing but good things to say.
