Maid Brigade misrepresents their business. I had two requests. One was to have the cleaners show up between 8-9 on every third Monday and two was to shut the gate between the kitchen and the living room to keep my dog from running out the door. The first two times went smoothly. The third time I had a second crew and upon asking if they knew about the gate request they both looked confused and didnt understand me so I had to turn them away. The office staff explained they are to read their note cards and apologized. When I asked to have my regular crew they explained I had to pick a priority meaning either I get the same crew or I get the 8-9 slot but I wouldnt be guaranteed both. I expressed my concern about the recent crew not understanding what I was asking and I was promised one of the cleaners would speak English. For a couple of months it went smoothly until today. The crew showed up on time but had no idea about the dog or the gate. When I asked if they spoke English both of their responses were "a little". I sent them away, called the office and spoke with Tammy. Instead of caring about what had happened she said she didnt have any notes on the gate, that I have too many requirements and anyone sent will speak a little English. When I explained I had already experienced this before so the notes should be accurate she argued with me. I also pointed out I was told one of the cleaners would speak English, not a little English. She essentially continued to negate what had happened and refused to show any concern about my frustration. Out of frustration I raised my voice saying "listen to me" but she continued to talk over me so I hung up the phone. Tammy called back to try and accommodate me with my regular crew. I explained I was already looking for a new cleaning service. She apologized and within the same breath defended the cleaners and the company. I asked her if she was the owner and she explained shes the manager. When I asked who the owner is she said "that is none of your concern". Tammy lacks the customer service skills to be in the service industry.

I fired Maid Brigade. The company did not live up to its promises regarding the amount of time they would spend at my house cleaning or how much it would cost. I was told that two women would spend two hours cleaning my home and the cost would be $133.00. This worked for the first cleaning. At the second cleaning, they left after 1 hour and 40 minutes and cleaned only 1/2 the house. When I complained, I was told that if I wanted the women to spend the full 2 hours cleaning, I had to pay $152.00. When I asked to see a brochure or a rate sheet supporting the claim for extra money, I was told that none existed. I would rate Maid Brigade a single star.

I have been using Maid Brigade for almost two years now. I love the fact that 4 people are in the team they send, and my whole house is clean in approximately 1-1/2 hours. They keep notes on all my specifications so I never have to repeat what I want done. The teams are always friendly and courteous and they have me check everything before they leave. Ive had many companies come and clean my home, but none as thorough and fast as the Maid Brigade.

The cleaning service was marginal at best. The customer service was the worst. I called to discuss the cleaning hoping to make a few changes to the way they were doing things. All I heard was "we dont do that for liability reasons", "well, your cleaning is done on the busiest day of the week, maybe you should change your day" and several more excuses that all became my problem. Cancelled this service right there and then.

All of the maids you have sent to my house have been wonderful. They are always polite and work very efficiently. The cleaning of my house has been excellent. I was hoping that moving forward they could start using Murphys on my floors. I had initially said that wasnt necessary, but I would like to have them start doing that again. I used Maid Brigade when I moved out of my apartment and needed to get a deep clean. They were on time and I actually had to get a few more things out of the way so they did an amazing job getting started and working around me. The price was great and the apartment looked transformed afterward. Very thorough and friendly. Glad I went with Maid Brigade!

These folks are exactly what I needed. When I moved into my apartment, it was still covered with dust and grime. The maid brigade fixed up the place fast, and they bring their own cleaning supplies, which is great because I have nothing in my apartment now. The ladies worked hard, but there were several things they did not put back where they were and there were 3 porcelain dolls were missing. These dolls were on the top of a cabinet (an easy place to remember as per putting them back). We put that on feedback on a card to Maid Brigade, but never got a response.

They left all my bathrooms smelling like clorox bleach. I sked the maid sylvia after she locked herself in my barhroom for an hour and I could hear her talking on the phone in spanish from the other side of the door. When she heard me comming in she put her phone away and pretended to clean.

I am really busy all week long due to my work. So, naturally, my home is a pigsty. A couple weeks ago I wanted to have a party so I booked the maid brigade. The prices were reasonable for the amount of work they had and my party went well. I would definitely work with them again!
