Over time, my master bedroom furniture has been ruined (the product used on the very nice hand rubbed finish, resulted in what you see in the photo). AND my center vanity roll top door storage (in the master bedroom) was soaked with product and resulted in last 4 photos. Could never communicate with them, as they only spoke spanish. They suggested that I just call each time I wanted to explain something. Finally, the only gal I had that spoke a little spanish disappeared about last February. She told me she was looking for other work. They told me she moved to a different client. At any rate, that was about the time by 13mm Black Pearl that my husband bought me for my 50th in Bora Bora went missing. They sweep dust and dirt into corners and never clean it. They ONLY had to dust, vaccuum and scrub as I cleaned my home first (so they could focus on deep cleaning) and well, there were places they never even thought to dust. Like headboards of beds or perhaps vaccuum under beds once in a blue moon. NOPE. I have dust allergies and would NEVER use them again. They damaged furniture with the vaccuum and put throw rugs over wet floors. Gross. I also paid for the basement to be cleaned each week and they didnt do it consistently. I mean if you cleaned the baseboards, youd see the spider webs, right? Had to point out dead spiders/bugs near baseboards??? Really? They are not trained. Theyre just serving their time (in my home) yapping on their phones. Never, ever again.

i have had molly maids service for 3 months. First cleaning was not done thoroughly - they had to come back and re-clean the house. The next service was excellent. Then the third service was horrible - a lot of places in my house were not cleaned thoroughly. I called and spoke with the owner - Martha Pillar - right away after the cleaners left - explained to her, she kept making excuses. She said I always called to complain after a cleaning. The time they took to clean was the same as always. She said my house was too greasy and that they couldnt really clean well. She said that I should have been charged extra because it was a Saturday clean. She came over for my initial and she was very helpful with me, however, as soon as she signed me on as a customer, things changed! She didnt follow up on anything she promised - she was just interested in the initial investment, but customer service was horrible after that. When I told her I was thinking of canceling the service, she said, let me do that right now. Didnt ask me why, what can i do to keep your service, nothing! she cancelled my account right away. There are many cleaning companies out there and I dont need a company like Molly Maids that do not appreciate their customers.

Over the years I have used a number of cleaning services. Most recently the service I used would send out 4 people and they would spend 1 hour. Unfortunately they would not do a very thorough job and despite the fact of letting them know they continued doing a less than complete job. I signed up with Molly Maids about a month ago and am pleased with the job that only 2 people do versus the 4 that I had before! I would recommend their services.

MM does an excellent job. Ive never had to ask for a touch up or redo. The job is consistently and professionally done. The team usually works when I am gone, but on the occasions where I have been around they have always been courteous and professional. And occasionally the supervisor visits for a field check. I truly appreciate the work the MM team does for me and my family. Thank you!!!

I recently signed up with Molly Maids to clean our house on a monthly basis. The first cleaning was done thorough. I like the fact that the same cleaning crew comes back each time for our cleaning. They inquired as to how they were doing and to leave a list of things that I may want them to do on their next cleaning. I will take them up on that offer when they come back next week.
