This review is in response to Ms. Miller. K & L Cleaning Services has been in business since 1997, striving to provide the best service possible. It was conveyed to Ms. Millers significant other that the carpets were in real bad shape. 54 gallons of a very dark residue was removed from the carpets, until no more dark residue was seen coming through the professional carpet extractor. A picture of the residue of one of the dirty tanks was shown to the partner, and he said that he understood that was the best it could be. It is unfortunate that this wasnt conveyed to Ms. Miller. Always best wishes to everybody.

I get a lot of foot traffic in my chiropractic clinic and it is really hard on the carpet. I didnt like the thought of the hassle and expense of replacing it but I was starting to wonder if that was the thing to do. I thought I would try cleaning it first but didnt think I would get much improvement. I was wrong. K & L came in last Friday put new life into it. It looks brand new and I dont think I will be entertaining these thoughts again for at least a few more years. Thank you Larry!

Never use this cleaning company! I once hired them to clean my 1 bedroom apartment when I was moving out. They went in on a Friday night, spent maybe an hour there, didnt clean hardly anything (The place was just as dirty as it was before, I doubt if they did anything other than vacuum.), and then ripped a hole in my screen door and denied that they ever did it! Horrible, rip-off experience. Never hire them!

We hired K&L for 2X/month cleanings and they have done a very nice job with a thorough and professional service. They have been extremely accommodating when we had to alter our scheduled time, and found an alternate time to come clean. I find their prices are fair and services are one Id not hesitate to recommend.

Friendly and easy to work with. The problem is nothing in my home was dusted and any hard floors were basically uncleaned. Also, when I divided the cost of the cleaning by the hours worked, I was paying over $60 an hour for 1 cleaner. All in all I just cant justify the service for the price.
