I hired Tanya and her crew to do a HUGE spring cleaning type job. Look, I work full time, go to school full time and three children living with me; by the time everyone gets washed, fed, cuddled, played with and put to bed, theres not much time for everything else! Most days its just dishes and laundry. The house was a disorganized wreck! The Rapid Maid folks came in and tackled it all, sweeping, mopping (including base boards), loading the dish washer, vacuuming, clearing (and clearing) counter tops, bathrooms, toys picked up and distributed into the newly purchased shelves and bins, moved all the storage totes to one area and organized it, took out the trash and even picked up the back yard, as Id requested. There was one unusual item that Id thought wed negotiated that had not been completed. (I was not home when the job was actually done), but one email to Tanya and she immediately sent someone out to make it right - within the hour. The price was reasonable for the job Id requested. Tanya did make a very good offer regarding bi-weekly services, which are very competitive and affordable. Big job or small job - these are the folks to call!

I was VERY pleased with the cleaning that I received for my home; however, I was not pleased with the pricing. I felt like at the end of the job they simply pulled a number out and couldnt effectively explain to me why the final price was triple the price I was quoted. I asked for an itemized receipt and never received one that truly showed the break down of prices. It was as if Tanya attempted to go back and justify the cost when she should have been able to communicate to me upfront why the price was what it was. Her staff was very pleasant, and I would definitely have wanted to use them again but I dont feel comfortable using a service that surprises me with prices that are triple the quote. Its unfortunate because the work was quality but the professionalism was lacking.

After them not showing up a day, taking a week on what was supposed to take a couple days and stealing prescription pills, they took everything from a furnished apartment that I said not to take. I paid 600 dollars and they were supposed to bring it back. I found out days later from the condo management that they were gonna press charges on me because the stuff wasnt returned. They just kept the key and didnt return the stuff! Finally days later I guess when they felt like it they returned it. These people are a nightmare.

This is a sorry excuse for a cleaning company. They broke a decorative crystal piece I had. I understand accidents happen, but the owner acted like she could care less. In fact she didnt even apologize for it. Not only did they break something, but they also neglected to clean a whole bathroom. My house also reeked of dirty mop water. I just wasnt impressed with their work or their customer service.

Started off well, they did a decent but not great "Spring Cleaning" for us. We were hoping for weekly service but the next week after they were finished it really looked like they had not even come or cleaned anything. Might have given them another chance but when I called to let Tayna know what had happened on the second "cleaning" she didnt even take the time to call us back. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

When we were stationed at Keesler AFB, we used Rapid Maids to do our weekly cleaning at our home in Ocean Springs and we couldnt have been more satisfied. After trying a few companies, we were so happy when we finally found Tanya and Rapid Maids. They do an excellent, thorough job and they are reliable....highly recommended!
