Horrible cleaning, TERRIBLE customer service. I was attracted by the relatively much lower price tag for a deep cleaning, so I booked a cleaning a week in advance, and for a deep clean of a 1 bed, one bath apartment they recommended 6 hours. We hadnt moved a single thing into this apartment yet, so we booked a tad less. In doing so, they make you pick 3 priority spots; we chose blinds, bathroom, and floors. The cleaning was really, really bad. I could name on one hand the things that WERE done: most (not all) of the floors, wiped kitchen surfaces, inside of fridge (but not freezer), bathroom sink and surface. Im not kidding when I say that its hard for me to see what else was done; the shower wasnt done, there was still dirt and brown drip marks on the wall, even a BLACK HAIR (Im bright blonde) stuck to the wall in the bathroom. Blinds werent done, floors in some closets werent done, and all the walls still have dirt and scuff marks. Stove top and microwave not done, top of the fridge was SUPER dusty. I could go on. My boyfriend emailed customer service, and they said they would look into it. A few days later, no response, he emailed again. Nothing. Then again. Nothing. I called, left a voicemail, nothing. I called again, left a voicemail, no response. Finally, I waited two weeks and this time someone actually answered the phone. I had a really unpleasant conversation with the representative, who said that they dont even do blinds (which they neglected to inform us when we listed it as a priority) and that they couldnt help us since we booked less time. Then I reminded him that I had listed priorities, and that those werent even finished (not to mention its hard to imagine that cleaning 600 sq feet of floors and wiping some countertops shouldnt take 4 hours). I said I could include pictures of the problem spots, but he said that theres no way for him to believe that those were taken after the cleaning. That kind of distrust is pretty jarring for me, and when I mentioned us he said that their agreement had nothing in it about trust. Honestly, I was annoyed by the bad cleaning, but I was really outraged about how it was handled after. Ive worked with multiple other cleaners and have never had any kind of problem like this. Im shocked that they wouldnt WANT to make it right to keep my business, but after evading my calls and emails for a week, customer service made it very clear that theyre more interested in my one-time payment of $100 than providing a decent service or keeping my business. Definitely going to be looking elsewhere in this area for a cleaning service. I guess you get what you pay for. Steer clear, friends, steer clear.

This was the first cleaning service that Ive ever used, and I must say I was wildly disappointed. They refused to clean my refrigerator because there were items in it, and cited an email telling me to clean it out that didnt exist. Even with the extra hour afforded by not cleaning my refrigerator, they were still unable to clean my apartment in the time they allotted themselves. I stayed in my bedroom while they worked, and I was subjected to a slew of negative comments about how dirty my apartment was that they did not know I could hear. They threw a irreplaceable prescription medication in the trash, which I had to rummage threw to find it. A $45 tool in a plastic box is missing as well. A support person responded to my email with a poorly written response, and when I simply asked for clarification about if they were sending someone else to finish the job, he said "indeed" they would not, and cited hes workers "clearly" explaining their reasons for not doing their job. He did offer a $25 credit for the words I must have unreasonably "felt were unkind," but I would pay $25 dollars to never see these people again.

This is an AMAZING EXPERIENCE...if you are busy with moving in or out? You definitely dont have to worry about ANYTHING!!! They will take care of EVERYTHING!! Just move your furniture out and you dont have to stick around for hours. You can go ahead and focus on moving, or if you just need a general deep cleaning of your home...ERRUND professional cleaners will take care of the whole ordeal for you!! Our home and property were treated with the up most respect. If you need a service that will take care of your home, do an AMAZING job, be respectful and responsible...then ERRUND is the place to go!! The cleaning professionals never got in your way or made it feel intrusive in any manner. They were so fast and friendly you wouldnt believe it. I havent used many places for home cleaning, but Im definitely not using another if I need it!!

Horrible, horrible,horrible experience. The contact was very unprofessional. Text me at 11:43pm the night before my 8:30am appointment and changed my appointment to 12:45pm. Just so much trouble to try and give someone a Mothers Day gift. Website asks if you have cats and I said yes and they send someone who is scared to death of the site of cats. They supposed to be done by 6:00pm but that was impossible because I booked 7 hours and my appointment was changed to 12:45pm. What a joke this experience was. And even with all the mistakes made on their end, guess what, I was still charged 200 dollars. No discounts, no apologies, no nothing. BBB my ass.

I booked a booking as I had guests over the following week. Managed to get someone within the week. I was notified of my cleaner the day before of my cleaning but cleaner had a last minute issue with her daughter so I called support. Was assigned another cleaner the same day. Cleaner came and cleaned according to a checklist which was transparent. She left some spots untouched and support sent her in the next day to touch up the areas for free! Very impressed with the whole service. Will use again soon.

I was very disappointed with the cleaning I received from Errund and would not recommend their service. Items were not completed on the check list they provided and they still did not address items after arranging a 2nd visit to "get it right". Specifically I paid for a deep clean of my refrigerator and they failed to do it twice. Rather than give me my money back they gave me a credit for their service which I most certainly will never use. I would look elsewhere for cleaning services.

Dont ever contact these people we secdual for 9.30 am then switch it too 12 pm then saying they wasnt gonna charge the 25 until after but they try to take it out before . Then he said he was gonna only send one person . We check online we call the number the guy on the phone was nice to changr it too 9.30 am and not 1 pm .then he was saying oh we donr have 2 people only one and still try to get the money he only text NOT CALL LIKE A REAL WORKER SHOULD. Never do this company

Booked a cleaning online for the first time. Very user friendly and it felt secure for me. Although they do not provide deep cleaning, their regular cleaning was sufficient. It feels so good to return to a clean and nice smelling home! I suggest reading their checklist to see whether it works for you. Managed to book for a cleaning in 2 days. Cleaner showed up on time and ended on time. Was pleased with the outcome. This is how cleaning should be!
