I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled a deep cleaning today, and the 2 ladies who came to clean left after 3 hours without saying a word. They left my oven on, dirty water in the sink, and dirt on my floors. The base boards and blinds were not cleaned in many obvious areas of the homes, the high areas and window sills were not dusted. It didnt help that I overheard one saying that she was having issues with her babysitter right before they disappeared. I actually thought for a moment that they took a lunch break! I have spoken with Sabrina, who was very kind, professional and assured me that she will remedy this horrible experience. I am fully prepared to give an honest follow up review, once the service that I scheduled has been completed...but you dont get a second chance to make a first impression. Based on Laura and Ashleys work, I will not be using 2 Maids again. This service is not cheap and definitely deserves the best that the company has to offer...unfortunately I did not get anything near that today.

When I called and spoke with the lady in the office she was very kind and understood what I needed. They came out almost the next day. I live in a 2 bedroom apt that is 1002 sqft, I am a very clean person so they girls that I spoke with were on cleaning day were amazed at it. I got home after they "cleaned" my house and I was upset with the job they had done. So I called and spoke with the lady again and she insisted that the girls come back out to do the job again.....what she meant was clean what they didnt the day before. I got home that next afternoon and it was pretty much the same. I asked for a partial refund they offered me $20.00 on March 10th and it is now the 15th and I still have not seen the money back. I know have a company that clean it on a weekly basis and does a great job also with a lower price!!!!

As promised, I am updating my review of 2 Maids and a Mop based on the companys response to my customer complaint earlier last week. I could not be more satisfied! Sabrina responded within minutes of my initial complaint and immediately began making it right. She rescheduled my appointment with a new team at my earliest available time, and sent out an amazing duo to deep clean my home. Braylie and Tiffany truly left no spot untouched! They were on time, professional and very sweet, and provided EXCELLENT service. I would definitely request them by name for future cleanings. (You should too if you are considering 2 Maids!

Besides the two items I am going to review, the service rates a 9. Item 1. The glass top stove was not cleaned to my standards and I left the products etc out for them. 2. We have a bed with ornate metal head boards and foot boards, with wooden tops. They need to be dusted. The foot board seemed pretty clean but the headboard area was dusty.

I selected the premier cleaning service which is just below the deep cleaning service. The girls came on time they were friendly their pay based on their job performance which is an incentive to do a good job. I would use them again.

The ladies come to the house and work until theyre finished, usually 1 1/2 - 2 hours for my house. Management has worked diligently to correct any misunderstandings weve had in the past in order to make the service a pleasant one.

The two ladies were very efficient. They called to say they were running late, upon arriving they immediately went to work. In two hours, they had completed all we asked them to do. They worked well as a team.
